  1. Regimental/personal trophy from Napoleonic era?
  2. Got the Stornaways in 11 (I'm 10-10.5) and they're a great fit very comfortable. Had them for just under a year, light-moderate use. Pleased with them thus far

    24 Gauge Fibre Wads

Change of circumstances, no longer needed. Thanks to everyone for the offers of assistance! PW is a great resource 👍

    24 Gauge Fibre Wads

Yes they're a challenge to find! Muzzle loading wads would probably do the job but seem to be out of stock everywhere. I may be able to source wool ones but not cheaply
  5. As above, these seem to be out of stock in the few places that sell them and importing no doubt more difficult these days. Anyone got some for sale?
  6. Sturdy leather belt with double-pin buckle. Handmade in England. Ideal for outdoor pursuits - shooting, bushcraft etc. Best suited to someone with a small waist size. 52mm or 2" width. Appx 68cm length tightest setting, 81cm max, 26.5' to 30'. These measurements are taken from where the buckle is fixed on the belt to the holes. Realistically I think max 27-28" for the wearer. This was ordered a while back and the maximum waist size was what the minimum should have been so never used! £25 posted UK
  7. Sold pending payment 👍
  8. Plastic breakdown shotgun case with foam lining. 86x30x13cm. Lockable (two holes for padlocks). Good condition though couple of tears to the foam, doesn't affect use. Selling to make space! £20 posted (UK only) via courier
  9. Interesting, looks influenced by that design. They've emailed back quickly and will send the missing components (a bolt, c clip and circular piece that should be in the middle of that handle gap). Pleased that it's being sorted but I'll need to wait another 3 weeks for to load with it now!
  10. Update - It's missing two components. A disc and a bolt that go on the arm and push down onto the plastic surface. Without these the height is wrong so can't crimp anything unfortunately. Will try and sort via email with the seller!
  11. Here it is! Just arrived today which makes it about 3 weeks delivery time. I seem to have a missing component (second bolt and c-clip that should go into that hole in the arm) but I think it'll function enough to try it out. Have emailed to see what the situation is with this. I'll do a full review once I've played about with it but initial impressions: Functionality - this should in theory prime/deprime, star crimp and re-size 20 bore cartridges Comes completely disassembled with no assembly instructions. Not too difficult to work out how to put together fortunately but you do need to identify which component does what, they're not marked at all. Top row are the three pieces for crimping, bottom row is a collar for the cartridge, resizer and a piece that seems to be used in an alternative way of 'Speed Sizing and Depriming' (instructions not too clear on this). Instructions for use are a little vague and the picture quality isn't fantastic so I'd suggest working from their video instead Base is injection moulded plastic as is the rotating surface that the arm pushes onto. Everything else is metal aside from wooden handle. Metal components are pretty roughly finished but seem robust. There are two holes in base to fix to a bench but three wood screws included... 🤔 You store some components (decapping pin and re-capping support) by screwing into the base when not in use You would need to run batches i.e de-prime everything, re-prime and then set up for crimping by removing the pin and support from the central position on the base.
  12. Russian sellers tend to have a few up on Ebay at any time. Bought one myself a while back
  13. What was the cost of delivery for the cases? Considering a few .410
  14. Well the last tracking info for mine was earlier in the week when it was being prepared to leave Russia having cleared customs. Assuming it'll be here in 2 weeks or so. I'll post pictures once it's here
  15. Placed an order, will update when arrived (probably around a month's time!)
  16. These look very interesting, as noted above they look like a much better quality version of others available on Ebay. My loading set-up is very primitive as it is so this would be an upgrade! Doesn't take up much space, quiet, looks ideal for small volumes of reloading. Seriously tempted to buy one for 20 bore
  17. Could be a nice earner flipping cheap mags 😂 Seriously though why should anyone hand in a scope? Nothing wrong in a legal sense with having a lot of that stuff. You get decent money for an optic but a few quid for a punching dagger? Seems the wrong way round thinking about apparent harm reduction. Pocket change going to convince gang members to hand in their stash of zombie knives? 🙄
  18. Attempt to turn an AYA into a Greener?... 😂😂😂 Seriously though it's your gun, embrace the fact it's distinctive 👍
  19. Powder is a difficult one to get delivered, somewhere local enough might drop it off. Primers will be £10-15 delivery. Folkstone do hazardous delivery up to 20kg for around £10 so you can buy shot alongside the primers etc and only pay the one delivery fee.
  20. Another shout for Folkstone Engineering, great prices 👍
  21. Thanks for the input everyone- obviously wanting to avoid a potentially awkward situation! I think I'll go down the envelope route
  22. Handshake with discreet passing over of a tip is probably the most common way to do this. With distancing and other regulations how is it best to go about it this season?
  23. Checked in with ERSG again and now sorted with some Unique 👍
