  1. Cheers lads. The weapon of choice was a HW100KT in .22 flavour
  2. I managed to get out for the first time in quite a while tonight. After getting a text from the land owner saying the rabbits are back with a vengeance I thought I needed to get my **** over and take a few out if I want to keep my permission So I got the mrs to give me a lift over and was very surprised to see so many rabbits after the myxi of last year. I took 5 rabbits and a squirrel with the first 6 shots, and was thinking 'I'm good I am' then was brought crashing back to earth after missing a sitter of a woodie. **** head I thought to myself ! I headed back to the entrance to the permission over the stream bridge and shot a squirrel that took an age to let to of the branch and promptly landed straight I the stream and got washed down the bloody thing ! Once back at the entrance I. Managed to take a crow that hadn't seen me and thought I'd leave it I the middle of the field to see if it attracted any others down. Sure enough the jackdaws started circling and the odd crow dived in to try rouse his fallen comerade but wouldn't stay still long enough for a shot :-( I could of easily doubled or trebled the rabbit count but I don't want to clean the permission out as its a great place to spend a few hours
