  4. Hi, tried with moderator off but didn’t help, it’s doing 590 fps .22, you can actually see the pellets curve of the the right and left with occasional ones dead centre,
  5. Hi all, I have bought a used Walther rotax RM8, I can’t get it to group, I get one or two pellets that are not too bad but then they are all over the place by around 3 to 4. Inches adrift, moderater and scope are all tight, tried another scope but it’s still no better, only used one brand of pellets so far , do you think it’s just doesn’t like the brand or something wrong with the rifle, cheers,
  6. Can I ask why 32 grams , I load for my 16g and most of my loads are 26/28 grams #6/7 lead , kills well out there,
  7. I sent many hundreds of duck wings to the survey many years ago then BASC decided that handling wings was not hygienic so the survey was scrapped, I decided I would never send another wing to them,

  9. I’ve shot over 100 feral pigeons in grain sheds using a scope mounted light it’s just not a very clear scope even in daylight, just need a better scope

  11. Can anyone recommend a scope for shooting feral pigeons with a parallax in the 25/30yds range, cheers,
  12. Sadly it's so called wildfowlers that think they don't have to stick to the rules, places like LNRs which have wardens checking are better but open foreshore has lots of individuals who use lead and have no intention to change, sadly the only way to stop it is a complete lead ban which none of us want,
  13. Clay and game has 4mm power shot, good shot for geese.
  14. Agree with the above, only wad splitter I use now,
  15. Pinks passing high over Fife today,
  16. Great guns, my go to now, 27g to 50g loads, keep it clean👍

  20. I was there yesterday and I thought it was a much better fair this year, it helped when my roe head made gold👍
  21. Greylags can now be shot all year round in Scotland,
  22. Are you working the bolt when fitting the barrel? I find when taking the barrel off slowly let the bolt slid forward while pulling the barrel, replacing the barrel slowly pull the bolt back as the barrel slides into place, great guns!
  23. Great guns but need to be kept clean, I put a little oil on the two slides bars above the spring,
  24. I'm looking for new waders for wildfowling what do you all recommend, muck boot waders get mentioned a lot, do they have the same boot as there wellies? Any thoughts,
