Went out on some barley today shot 35 pigeons with my new browning maxus semi 39 shots

Farm rang me he had a lot of pigeon and crows on his gras land got there 1.30 finished at 4shot 107 pigeon 57 crows wind on my back birds flying over left shoulder and right shoulder from behind swinging round infront of me into the decoys. Happy days

The pigeon crop were empty. Nothing in there.

Shooting in Leicestershire, market Harbrough. Peas 6inches high, open the crop on the pigeon but there was no peas in there crop, so I don't no what they was eating but there was 400-500 pigeons coming down on the peas but was not doing any damage to the crop.

Been out shooting today on the peas. Got there this morning at 11 watched the birds and the flightlines to work out where was best place to set up. Got set up by 12 birds decoyed perfectly finished at 4 with a total bag of 103. Makes a difference to shoot a decent bag.

I used about 260 cartridges put it this way I won't run short again

Got there 9:30 in the morning, set the whirler up with 2 dead pigeons didn't have any decoys rang my mate didn't answer his phone to come pigeon shooting started shooting the pigeons at 10 ran out of cartridges by 2oclock pigeons still flighting in, cleared up and counted 130 pigeons in the bag. Not a bad day at all!!!! Rang my mate when I had finished he answered his phone, and he was very p****d off because he didn't return the call!!!
