  7. I am busy today preparing for tomorrow when I drive from Plymouth to Cinderford to collect a galvanised repalcement chassis for my 2003 D2. I have already bought a full poly bush kit and a light bar (hopefully my wife will not notice the new 300w lights!!) I will know next week if a DFW is needed but I will get the clutch replaced whilst the truck is in pieces. Expensive but worth it!! Picture swill follow for those interested in my psychosis

  10. I am planning to have a go at refurbishing the stocks of my rifles and shotguns, but i obviously need to practise first just to make sure that i don't make a complete cock-up!! Hence the need for this call for help. If any of the friends on PW have any old woodwork lying around i would be most grateful and could even cover postage.   18. On the auction site that no-one mentions, Diver Dave does some great stuff which actually works. i tried Nik wash/wax but was disappointed.
  19. Four 255 65 16 road tyres, good condition, one not even used. Plenty of life left, no damage at all. Selling as a set £100 ono collection in Plymouth

I have a 2003 TD5, passed the MOT two weeks ago , yes that right PASSED, but did get the bags changed to springs. £185.00 all in at my local garage including all the relay changes and re-setting. After two weeks, i cannot tell the difference. Saving up for a galvanised chassis now!! Good luck Keith

  23. hey Chaps, As a retired prop, I have big legs but the Hunter Balmoral with zips are fantastic and also have a wide footbed. coming with two sets of insoles (thin and thick) you can pretty much tailor the fits perfectly. they are not cheap (£150) but I have had mine two seasons and they are still great. regards Keith
