I am busy today preparing for tomorrow when I drive from Plymouth to Cinderford to collect a galvanised repalcement chassis for my 2003 D2. I have already bought a full poly bush kit and a light bar (hopefully my wife will not notice the new 300w lights!!) I will know next week if a DFW is needed but I will get the clutch replaced whilst the truck is in pieces. Expensive but worth it!! Picture swill follow for those interested in my psychosis

Jason, any stocks that would allow me to take of any varnish and try to re-apply oil. PPP, i would rather use lint free cloths,!!!

Small farm DIY shoot looking for new guns
peacockks replied to gpreen's topic in Sporting Opportunities (Paid)
Very cheap shooting, the work parties are what makes the shooting enjoyable. As a Bristolian now living in Plymouth, a little too far to travel but very best of luck. Keith -
I am planning to have a go at refurbishing the stocks of my rifles and shotguns, but i obviously need to practise first just to make sure that i don't make a complete cock-up!! Hence the need for this call for help. If any of the friends on PW have any old woodwork lying around i would be most grateful and could even cover postage. I look forward to hearing from you best wishes from Devon Keith

On the auction site that no-one mentions, Diver Dave does some great stuff which actually works. i tried Nik wash/wax but was disappointed.

I have a 2003 TD5, passed the MOT two weeks ago , yes that right PASSED, but did get the bags changed to springs. £185.00 all in at my local garage including all the relay changes and re-setting. After two weeks, i cannot tell the difference. Saving up for a galvanised chassis now!! Good luck Keith

If that is the one at Brockley Coombe, I remember going there as a child 40 years ago. All the very best of luck with your new venture. Keith Born of Bristol, now in Devon

hey Chaps, As a retired prop, I have big legs but the Hunter Balmoral with zips are fantastic and also have a wide footbed. coming with two sets of insoles (thin and thick) you can pretty much tailor the fits perfectly. they are not cheap (£150) but I have had mine two seasons and they are still great. regards Keith
