My 11yr old daughter shoots with me, she shoots a 20 bore Beretta Silver Pigeon with 21g cartridges, she started complaining of a bruised shoulder so I bought her a skeet vest with a gel pad, she is now loving her shooting and complains when we have finished all the stands that they went too quickly, it's a great, albeit pricey, investment but well worth it!
