  1. Thanks for all the help and support guys 👍🏼 Nice to see some people's general apreciation for the gun and also memeber giving me advice and help through PMs etc it's much appreciated
  2. I explained the situation to you and said it was only fair that the other 2 potential buyers got first look at it. I did explain I wasn't to keen on you directly transferring the money without viewing the gun. if it doesn't sell your welcome to it I would just rather it viewed and done face to face that's all.
  3. I'm really sorry I have replied to all my texts? as people who have been texting me and ringing me of this forum will tell you. I haven't ignored anyone? I certainly haven't accepted any offers either? Have I replied to you at all or have I given you the wrongs number. I'm just trying to work out what's going on that's all lol
  4. Sorry I didn't relise I accepted any offers I gave 2 people first refusal.? both of which are viewing this weekend. I have also replied to any text about wall thickness and bore measurements and LOP.
  5. just outback of curiosity really. Been sitting looking at engraving on actions. Can old guns be completely started again? Does that depend on wall thickness on certain parts of the action. I know it's a "how long is a piece of string" question but I found a number of American sights offering custom hand gun engraving for around $1000-1500. Anyone had any done ?
  6. All sorted now so all good and thanks for everyone's help and advice
  7. How is it!?if you flip them up side down, or look at them the other way around from muzzle end? your right would be different to my right of we stood at separate ends. 😂
  8. I didn't get it the wrong way around it depends what way you are looking at the barrels. 👍🏼 I wasn't going by the photo when I said that.
  9. What do you mean he's just said here well on proof? One is extremely close to what it should be. One is stamped 18.4 the other barrel at 18.7
  10. Since posting I have spoken to leeches gun smith! gave him all information and he said it's tight as anything and well I'm proof. wall thickness is fine and if anything very thick for his day, he said the gun has had loads of work on it to keep it in them measurement hence the 2 3/4 chambers 👍🏼
  11. ok so on turning the barrels upside, to help explain what ones what. The left barrel is coming out at 0.7246 with a wall thickness off .059 The right hand barrel is comming up at 0.736 with a wall thickness of 0.55
  12. That's well priced I paid more than that for my second hand one 👍🏼 great guns
  13. Yes but that is 1 photo pulled off instagram the rest are completely normal and taken in my kitchen with an iPhone ? I wouldn't trick someone to come look at a gun that looks nothing like the photos Lol the gun looks very different in sunlight than indoors and that shows in the photo taken in the garden 👍🏼
