I have just bought a 12G Synthetic Remington 1100 . And want to start practical shotgun at my local club , Can anyone advise me What choke size to use for practical shotgun and shell sizes ? Thanks for reading this

I'm wanting to try my hand at practical shotgun so looking for another shotgun, the two I have been recomended are the Remington 1100 or Winchester x3.... Your thoughts on these or any others would be of interest ... ps. this is my first post so be gentle
