  1. Dropping this off with a forum member tomorrow, thanks for the interest and advice everyone.
  2. I did indeed panic. Aside from that, it's had no problems whatsoever. I'm based in Derby.
  3. What do you think would be a reasonable 'spares and repairs' price on this? £75?
  4. That would be great, sadly it's an older model and I'm not the first owner. Hopefully, the parts will be available and I can get it up and running, my lad loves shooting it.
  5. Unfortunately, I had to bend it back quite a way... definitely needs replacing. I'll give them a call on Monday, or ask my RFD to call on my behalf. Thanks for the replies guys!
  6. Hi everyone, Last week my Hatsan Escort 20g jammed, and not just the usual kind of jammed either! Somehow, and I have no idea how, the cartridge became jammed between the carrier and the bolt/carrier release button. Now, being alone and a relative novice, I panicked and bend the carrier release button down to release the live round. I felt, at the time, that it was the only thing I could do. So, I need to replace the carrier, carrier release button and the spring that makes them work. I've emailed Edgar Bros but no reply thus far... Should I attempt to repair it myself (if it's easy enough), sell as 'spares and repairs' or take just have it destroyed? Thanks Paul
