I told my girlfriend I got my Nitesite NS200 for £80 second hand, it was actually £550 new.

Im in the process of filling out my FAC application and im looking for some shooting land within 15 miles of Lisburn. I will be using a .22 rifle and intend on shooting rabbits, crows, magpies, pigeons, etc. Im a 29 year old self employed tree surgeon/landscaper and im a member of the BASC and im fully insured. Im willing to pay £300 to £500 per year for a decent spot, preferably over 50 acres. If anyone knows of anything please let me know.

Im in the process of filling out my FAC application for a .22 rifle. When I was buying the gun the dealer (tannyoky guns and ammo) gave me the forms to fill and said I needed to get permission from at least 3 landowners. However on the FAC guidance booklet I got it states you only need signed permission from one, im finding it quite difficult getting permission from suitable land as apparently I need areas of at least 100 acres, and getting just the one permission would be a lot easier than 3. What do you think?

My gf lives in Broomhedge, about 2 miles from Moira, that's where I would like to get some land to shoot on. Im a bit reluctant to go door to door as I don't have any experience with hunting yet. Ive been doing archery/crossbow/airgun shooting for a few years but havnt done any real shooting yet. Do you think this would be a problem with getting permission?

Hi everyone, ive just got into the sport of shooting and have recently put down a deposit on a second hand Ruger 10/22 .22 rifle. I am in the process of filling out my FAC application but im finding it hard getting suitable shooting land. Has anyone got any advice for me? Thanks, Chris.
