Iv never had points for not wearing it, just a fine, as far as I'm aware it's non endorsable ( if you have other adults in your car without a seatbelt, it's their responsibility not yours to make sure they have it on and if they don't have a driving licence how could the points be applied? It's different if you have minors in the the car it's then your responsibility) the points will be for not disclosing the driver in time !
