  1. Ah my apologies, I don't think they do. For what it's worth I went from timber to synthetic and, aside from condensation issues I'd be very reluctant to go back to wood now. I hope you find what you need. Cheers
  2. I think everything on your list could be covered by Mitton hall, but maybe just call them to check.
  3. Have you thought about mittonhall, or km engineering?
  4. You might be as well looking at some of the manufacturers websites for inspiration, most seem to be a similar theme, the best have a raised bed area, some way to stop draughts in the bed area, and ease of cleaning. The biggest consideration I feel is how you deal with "waste products" so think very hard about water run offs etc to keep smells down and help with hygiene. I prefer synthetic kennels to wood, so for me I'd be looking at Mitton Hall, and KM engineering. Good luck Adrian
  5. My apologies for jumping on the thread, but having seen from the other one that your issue is sorted I didn't think you would mind? I have a twelvette in the cabinet, which I really enjoy using on clays occasionally, however the safety catch slide is very loose and engages itself occasionally. Is there a ready source of small spares anywhere, or is it a case of just hunting around for items when required. I'd really like to fix it and use it for walked up pheasants as it was intended. Many thanks
  6. It sounds to me like the cheapest option, to start with, is to check the torque of all the nuts and bolts. There used to be selection packs of pellets available to test, I believe pellpax used to sell them (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) and it would be worth trying some different types to eliminate the pellets being the issue. Then report back.
  7. Many thanks. I'll take them then, could you let me know details of payment etc when it's convenient please?
  8. Interested in these, are the screws/ bolts in good nick? They can be a bit soft and tend to get chewed up. Many thanks
  9. Opticron do some decent stuff. It's worth trying all binos though, because although the image may be good, they may not suit your face shape etc.
  10. I'm following this thread with interest, as I'll be in the market for a left handed semi shortly, and everything seems to be pointing towards a Benelli. I'd be interested to know the ease of transferring one from SCG to FAC (both the paperwork side, and the mechanical side) as it might be that I would buy the SGC version and have it modified later under FAC if that is feasable. Tasum, I am in West Yorks also, so if you find anywhere in the region to try one out, please let me know and I'll take a look. Many thanks Tuck
  11. That doesn't make them thieves though does it? Driving a deal which you found unacceptable. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have been happy if I'd driven a long way to find that a deal I had been offered over the phone was not actually on the table. Did you talk prices before going? This is not a dig, I wasn't there and obviously don't know the circumstances except as you have described, but thieves is a bit strong for the details you have given.
  12. Excellent thanks. Please let me know if the paypal doesn't arrive ok, or there's any problems. Address sent by PM.
  13. Yes please. How would you like paying? Tuck
  14. Not a keeper any more, but never have in the past. The clearing that goes on prior to the arrival of poults always seems to produce a fair bit of brash, which was left inside, aside from that, there always seemed to be a fair amount of cover in them generally, and good for scratching about.
