  1. Bought a Browning Maxus a couple of days ago in MODB 28" 12G, can't wait to get my hands on it, no pics as yet due to the lockdown and can't collect. It'll join my Beretta A400 Black Edition which I rate highly, I'm interested to see how the Maxus compares.
  2. I'll give a biased opinion, I have a tuned hw97 and 98 and they are both awesome, the 98 I would say is nicer to shoot and it's the rifle I pick up first, BUT... People really do swear by the TX200, I'd like to add one to my collection, the bear trap I do find a pain but I'm sure you'd get used to it, all are capable of putting the pellet where you want it to go, the feel and in some cases the looks are big factors however, the budget you have will get you any of the top springers out there. But my choice would be the 98, I just love it and people are always trying to buy it off me so it seems quite desirable.

  4. That's is exactly what you should do, I'd try both the sporter stock and the thumbhole, I really find the thumbhole comfortable, many don't though.
  5. My 97 is currently withWelsh Willy having a tune, I'll keep you updated on how it turns out, should be anyway now when I get it back
