    GRS STOCK

I don't think GRS make a mini action; I think they only do short action and long action. I also have a Howa 1500 in .204 mini action. I wrote to GRS last year to see if they had a suitable stock and they said they didn't. I ended up buying an Oryx chassis ( Made by MDT ). I bought mine directly from Oryx in Canada because at that time there were none available in the UK. It might have changed since then.
  2. Any pictures? Where is your location?
  3. Usually just a couple of weeks under normal circumstances, but with this Covid-19 carry on, who knows? For my SGC they just sent out a beat bobby to chat to me and check my cabinet. They sent out a FEO when I wanted a FA cert. He was a lot more thorough as expected and phoned everybody on my FA training list to check my certs.
  4. I have fitted universal charge bars to mine. The initial cost is more, but you can then alter the powder or shot to suit. Just drop the powder or shot and then weigh it.
  5. Europe can stick their goods. If Boris would just remove the import duty and vat on American goods, I will buy them instead.
  6. Some of the Scottish people voted SNP. A lot of us didn't; were glad to see the back of the EU and will be glad to see the back of Wee Jimmy.
  7. About time too. I just hope Wee Jimmy swallows her pride and calls Boris up to congratulate him on a job well done.
  8. Where are you based, as a lot of those items will be collection only?
  9. I got my MEC 600 jnr in 410 calibre from https://www.claygame.co.uk I buy hulls, primers and powder from https://www.armourerreloading.co.uk as they are my closest supplier I also buy wads, lead shot and nitro cards from http://www.####.co.uk
  10. I had a delivery of powder to the Scottish Borders last week from Henry Krank and it was £40 for up to 20kg. It depends on your post code and it's using a secure courier. Basically a guy from Glasgow in an unmarked truck. That was the minimum price, so I got them to add 15kg of lead shot, just to try and get my money's worth.
  11. I use 13 grains of Hodgdon Lil'gun for 19grams of lead and a 12mm cork wad. That's for a 3 inch shell. I tend to get my powder delivered from Henry Krank in Pudsey LS28 9AY, which shouldn't be too far from you.
  12. I had a similar experience with my GDK gun cabinet, but it only took me about 15 minutes to fix at most. Basically the door had dropped a bit upon delivery and it was rubbing at the bottom when I tried to open and close it. I just unbolted the door and found that there was one washer at the top and one washer at the bottom of the hinge pins. I basically just put both washers on the bottom pin and refitted the door. This rose it up by the 0.3mm required. The gun cabinet now works perfectly. I had a similar experience with my ammo cabinet and did the same trick.
  13. If you already have a SGC then you don't need to apply for an airgun license in Scotland until your SGC expires. I decided to get an airgun license anyway, as it only costs £5 and it allows you to change your airguns, which a SGC only does not. If you have a SGC, FAC and airgun license which are all renewed at the same time, you have a reduced fee.
  14. Thanks for the reply. I was thinking along the same lines.
  15. I've just bought a Logun Mk2 Professional in .177 and was wondering if I should fit a regulator or not? I have had a look at the Robert Lane regulators and I am just wondering if anyone on here has fitted one to a Logun Mk2? http://www.airriflereviews.co.uk/airgun-accessories-reviews/regulators/robert-lane-design-mk5a-regulator I read that they give more consistent fps and shot count from a 3000psi fill. I know that I would have to drill a breather hole in my cylinder and bore out the transfer port a bit. Is it worth the time, effort and expense? Thanks
