  1. I found a tx200 locally for £250 so I've gone with that. The wife can use my falcon to be honest, I love an underlever!
  2. They don't have any concept 6 left unfortunately. I've been looking at an s200 for me so something to think about definitely, but I kinda fancy having a look at a springer as well now... for research purposes u undersrand! Anyone had any experience with the browning springs? There's a special offer on the x blade with a scope included that is a bit tempting, or the bsa comet seems to get some good reviews as well (although I hear that beesa like to buy positive comets...) Ps IM sent pistol p
  3. Any idea where I would look fr that? Seems like a bargain.
  4. Pumps not an issue cos we can share my bottle for now. I'll give it a look ta.
  5. My wife came with me plinking the other day when my mate couldn't make it and she's only gone and got the bug... I'm looking for something in a .177 for her. Not too heavy but nicely acurate. Not too expensive either, not until I know she's gonna stick with it! I'd like a pcp but that may run a bit expensive so are there any half decent budget springers that aren't goin to have too bad a recoil that anyone can recomend? Thanks all in advance.
  6. some photos for those that requested them. everything in the box looking mint. and all set up, with the hamster on and my Nikko Stirling Gameking strapped on top. shot count is showing 308
  7. I'll get some pics up asap. Gotta find a scope to go on top now! I'm definitely gonna keep it for a short time. Got an hft meet coming up so that will put it through its paces. Mole I'm nowhere near lincs at the moment bit my grandad does live there so I could always take it up when I go to see him. Thanks for the recommend.
  8. so update, i went to see the rifle and it is as good as he said, apparently the guy got the daystate as part of a deal but dodnt like the electric trigger. he said he has an R10 elite and an Ultra elite so he needed the laminate stock Scorpion ti complete his set. long story short we both walked away happy with the deal, and now i just need to decide whether i keep the Daystate for a bit or sell it on... thanks everyone for your input

    help

My falcon had 2 screws so be careful! Twisting it dragged the second screw around and left a lovely big score in the end of my barrel!
  11. Yeah... daystate service is £200 at least plus postage. I know the screen comes on so it is definitely charged. I'll have to have a look on Saturday but the pictures I've seen are absolutely mint so it looks honest. We shall see.
  12. That's what I thought mole but that's the problem! He must know what both rifles are worth, so he must know he's getting the wrong ed of the deal and that makes me nervous..
  13. I have a bsa scorpion rs platinum special edition. Cost £800 new and it is mint. Everything is perfect. I've been looking to sell it recently and I've been offered a swap for a daystate mk4 is target. The rifle is apparently mint and comes boxed and with everything needed except a scope. This is very tempting but the question is should I do it, or am I opening myself up to a world of trouble? I was thinking I could always sell on the daystate for about the same I was asking for the bsa so no harm done but is there anything that I should be wary of? The last thing I want to do is swap a mint condition Ltd edition for a £200 dud only good for spare parts! Thanks all.
  14. I can't see any way of moving the post so I'm gonna restart the same post in the correct place. Can a passing mod please remove this one. Ta
