  1. That is field sports Britain.
  2. Maybe change the wording of your initial post. Maybe not seen in our generation. But there have been plenty of nasty ones and far worse than the cold/flu that china might one day admit to letting out
  3. Don't let facts get in the way of COVID being the WORST thing ever to happen.... 😉
  4. Yeah, more on it than I thought. But again no one on here knows so will just be guessing and wild speculation. Best to pay respect and not jump to conclusions
  5. Let's not start trying to figure out the hows and whys, lets just pay our respects to what sounds like a very liked young farmer.
  6. I think there are people in the forum who do know the lad. And I'd imagine this is a very sad time for them.
  7. Scaffold pole or 2inch waste pipe works well
  8. This was a topic started in general shooting section a week or so ago. And is now public. Very very sad news for the family, and still circumstances not fully known.
  9. I have two toucan camera's, one on front door one on the garage. Got it on the free subscription at the moment. But if I ever need to I can pay a fee
  10. When we first moved in I did exactly that... Got a circular saw style attachment onto it.. my job list for spring is big 😂

    Tea

Tetley wasn't it, just buy a different brand until they say something's caused them issues 😂
  12. I see it as a day out with mates as a social, try to ignore the cost of entry hahaha.
  13. I go with mates each year for a social day out, as above, take food as with all events spaces the onsite grub is insane money. I get to see the kit I can't afford, kit I can buy shouldn't be buying, and catch up with some of the local rfds that put on a stand etc. Just depends what you feel "value" is to you.
  14. Have just seen this on social media Shocked. RIP Steve
  15. Cheers for the replies, they are alot better than they were when we first moved in. But now the joy of every spring getting on my knees to try and keep them at bay... Another job to add to the list 😂

    Dentist

Why be NHS when going private ( as the dentist ) makes you sooo much more money . Plenty out there but more are interested in charging £100 to tell you that yes you have teeth ..
  18. Had a feeling that was the case. It's a PITA. Great to have them as it's a good screen and privacy at the pollarded tops, but come autumn it's just a mess. And I'm losing space at the base of them. Previous house owners left them for 5 years unattended too
  19. Any tree surgeons in here that might be able to help with lime trees and how to stop the damn things branching out up from the roots.. sucking I think is the term... I have 6 on my boundary and I want a tree not a bush on the floor and the a tree up above...
  20. If you took the same route there and back you saw the same 20 twice 😉
  21. To become net zero we have to dig up yet more minerals from the earth, which in turn is probably one of the main factors and causes of all the changes. By trying to fix this supposed issue we are creating more.
  22. In chrome, settings → password manager. Then it should show you all saved passwords and you can view them in there.
