  1. Well done mate. I'm still to go through that phase this year, but with two local stalks booked and two in the Scottish Borders I hope to join the success story. Also I'm on my way back to Orkney this year and hope that it will be as succesful as our first visit. Team of four in November, I've stayed with our lucky dates and so far only one weather disaster!!! See you at the next Commitee Meeting!!! Not sure what I've let myself in for!!
  2. Hi, I'd be happy to join you. I've got a few days blocked out due to other shooting and work commitments over the next few weeks but I'm only 2 miles out of Ross so can normally react quickly. BASC Member with nets and decoys but no electrical gear
  3. I've just bought one from Kennel Store. Price was reasonable and they built it on site in the price quoted. I had to add some coach bolts and locking nuts to it to increase the security. Some of the timber is slightly bowed leaving a couple of gaps in the ship lap that I'm hoping will close when the wet weather gets here or they'll need sealing. Check out their web site www.kennelstore.co.uk
  4. Black & White ESS Dog puppies for Sale. 10 weeks old mid June, fully inoculated, docked and dew clawed and micro-chipped. Checked and cleared for all Spaniel ailments. Good pedigree with FTCh and Winners in pedigree. Only going to good shooting homes. £500 PM me for any more details
  5. Really Varied, I don't know Mork but have shot at the others. Also Gloucester Skeet and I'm off up to WMSG at Hodnet early March. Used to shoot at Lowes Lane in Derbyshire when I worked up there and a long time ago at Welland Valley Gun Club nr Stamford. Enjoy your shooting and may our paths cross sometime.
  6. Hi Guys, I'm near Ross on Wye, with Black and White Springer and Labs. Do you ever get to Chesgrove at Longhope on a Sunday mornong for a few clays?
  7. They look like FUD's. I've used them on Pigeon and Duck and both look realistic and have certainly drawn birds. I do use them to supplement full bodies when I'm looking for a big picture along with Silosocks for some movement on the ground.
  8. Suspect that you may also be interested in a bit of Goose Shooting also. I joined what sounds like the same syndicate shoot as you and I concur what a great team of people.
  9. hi, loads of guys from your area are members of Gloucester Wildfowlers. Worth joining for Severn Estuary Wildfowling. Also leads to game syndicate opportunities. I shoot near Lyneham in a syndicate through my contacts in GWA. Also Clay Shoot at Barbury near Swindon M4 junction
  10. Just joined myself. All looks really good. Hoping to get to know a few new mates to shoot / socialise with
  11. Maddie short for mad ****. Lunar short for lunatic. Oi does work well along with you little ****. Still love them to bits
  12. Stood in Countrywide at Ledbury yesterday to see a photo of five lovely springer dog puppies that had just been stolen. Fully registered, inoculated and microchipped. I hope that someone catches the so n so's. Too polite to print what I really think of them.
  13. Glad to hear that you are back up and running. I was part of the team who ran the club on RAF Wittering and then moved to the new site. I shot a couple of times with the lads last year and only heard recently about the fire. Best of luck and hope to be over there again soon.
  14. I regularly shoot at Chesgrove Shooting at Mitcheldean. Steve Batt and is team are really excellent guys providing coaching and a friendly environment to shoot. Good Sporting layout and simulated driven days on a regular basis. Mrs B's sausage rolls also deserve a mention. I also shoot Skeet occasionally at Gloucester.
