  1. I think John Bowkett made Stalker airguns as well? May be worth giving him a ring.
  2. I have a 725 sporter that was bought new in 2015. It has been back to Browning 3 times for the trigger issue.. I now only use it as a back up pigeon gun. My mate also has a 2017 725 and has the same trigger issues.
  3. I've got to make room and need to offload surplus cartridges. They are game cartridges from Waidmannsheil & RC JK6 T5 and are phenomenal on high birds. Check 'Just Cartridges' prices to see how good a deal these are. Waidmannsheil HV Plastik 36g 5's x 800 (4 x Slabs) = £75 per slab RC JK6 T5 36g 4's x 330 + Waidmannsheil HV 36g 4's x 100 = £100 SGC holder will need to confirm proof before pick ups are arranged. Cheers
  4. I've got 3. 2 Titan FN19 in .22 & .177 and a Titan Bearcat in .177 all with Walnut stocks. I've had them tuned by JB himself and can honestly say they are as good as anything out there!
  5. Cheers Richie. I did send them an email but have had no reply yet. I'll give them a call Thursday when they open.
  6. Cheers. But I'm actually looking get buy one.
  7. Hi, Looking for a good condition Titan Manitou or Bearcat with RH Walnut stock. Show me what you've got? Cheers
  8. Hi Whitebridges, Can't answer all of the questions. The experience of gaining an FAC and having multiple rifles on ticket over years, I would strongly advise you to add a moderator to your ticket with the rifle. If you don't and then find out you need one you have to then pay a fee plus wait for the change to come through.

    B725

I've had one for over a year and the only issue I've had is with the trigger sticking. Had it sent back to Browning and had it back in just of a week sorted.
  10. JSB Heavies in mine. Suggest try a selection to see which give you the best grouping.
  11. I've used them on the 1st Oct Pheasant shoot this year. Fast and hard hitting but with no noticeable recoil. There was myself and another using them while the rest of the team was using Gamebore Dark Storm no difference in performance apart from the RC's was considerably cheaper. Although I did find them to be a dirty cartridge - left lots of dirt in the barrel but cleaned up with very little effort. Gareth
  12. I got my son a Franchi for pigeon shooting. Have to say we are very pleased with it never let him down.
  13. I had to have my rotator cuff reattached on my left shoulder 20 months ago. I'm right-handed so my problem wasn't the recoil but was with my left arm being extended holding the weight of the gun. It took over six months before I could comfortably do a round of sporting. I did swop to a semi to help build the strength up before I moved back to my O/U. All I can say is take your time, build up the shoulder and maybe use a semi with light loads until its better.
  14. Bought the Affinity for my son to go pigeon shooting with. I/we have been very impressed with it! £540 with a 7 year warranty!
  15. I had a similar dilemma recently when looking for a 20 bore as I love the 725 but wanted a grade 5, which is not due out for another year . I did look at the black version but the semi pistol grip a black & gold trim was not to my liking. Tried a grade 5 MK60 20 bore and was very impressed. Just waiting for the right one to come up.
  16. Franchi Affinity - £540 with a 7 year warranty. Easy to strip and clean and seems bomb proof.
  17. Hi Matty, I've had a similar dilemma recently. I can honestly say that I have not found any of the 32" barrel guns front heavy (B725, MK60). The problem I found is that cause I'm vertically challenged they where just too long for me. Some may argue that the extra 2" helps on longer targets but for me it made no difference at the clay ground when compared a 28", 30" and 32". For the types of game shooting I do, the best combination was 30" in 20 gauge (driven & walked-up), so I'm just waiting for the right gun & deal before I take the plunge. Everyone will have their personal preference. I can only suggest you try a few variations and think about what type of shooting you are going to do and the practicality of the barrel length? Remember if it feels right for you then you'll have the confidence in the gun and that's what makes the difference in this game.
