Just read that Hunter wellies are going into administration.Since they stopped being made for work and country folk, they went up in price, down in quality and just a fashion accessory no surprise really as they were very poor. I had a pair of Royal hunters in the 80's wore the. Nearly every day and they lasted years.

Brilliant paintings Scully. I have a winchester diamondgrade and it would be pure fantasy to have it pictured with a brace of snipe.coz I wouldn't be able to hit two. However the level of detail and the actual look of metal truly amazes me.

I did the same but just a sack no straw

They have served the armed forces very well indeed. Same as the sea king did.Which was great to work with. Getting long in the tooth now though. I wonder if some will be mothballed as we never know in the current climate when they will be needed

It's the hercules final flight before they get stood down. They did a tour of the UK then a flight for King C. On the trooping of the colour.

As far as I can remember there is an exclusion zone.Dont know what the distances are. If its boat fishing which I presume it is it should be on your charts.

As the previous 2 posts say you have an amazing talent.I love to see craftsmen at work rather than mass produced. There is a place for both.Fantastic work.

https://thelincolnite.co.uk/2023/05/dambusters-dog-mascots-grave-may-be-relocated-from-raf-scampton/ This is unbelievable my late father flew in lancs during the 2nd World War in 617 squadron(wasn't a dambuster).surely this is wrong. The dogs name was not offensive at the time.We really are losing our way.

Thank you.Ill heed the advice. Done it was so simple to do.Following the advice from gunman I pressed the barrels down on a wooden worktop only doing one at time.Pressed an Allen key into the hole in the slide and slowly raised the barrels. I was very surprised how clean everything was.relubed and replaced with ease.
