  1. Just received an email from BASC with a copy of the Lindisfarne permit application form & a revised shooting zone map. Everything from “The Sluce” north of the causeway to “The Black Low” seems to be off limits at the high water mark & cannot be accessed even with a gun in a slip. Looks like the good high water decoying spots are not accessible. Anyone know the reasoning behind this?
  2. I've only seen the information on Eleys website about "purpose manufactured Maxam powders".
  3. I called Bagnalls yesterday, they hadn't heard about a recall & didn't seem to think the primers partially comming out was an issue. No reply from Eley.
  4. Yes, I tried to get some at Bradford Stalker & they said they were waiting for a delivery because the had to send their stock back. I managed to get some from Bagnal & Kirkwood.
  5. Hello all, I tried Eleys Lightning Steel for the first time on Wednesday. I was impressed with the performance of them but when I picked up the empties I noticed that the primers on all of them had partially come out of the cases by varying distances (the gun is a gas operated semi auto). I believe Eley had to recall some of these cartridges but I don't know why. Sent them an e mail on Wednesday night but so far no reply. Just wondered if anyone else had come across this? Cheers John.
