  1. The Gunsmith from whom i bought this did not want to sell it as he wanted it for himself. He said it was the best SMLE he had ever seen and was really sad to see it go. He has more but..... Andy
  2. Sorry, i should have explained more. I only want a tube mag. Been offered one with 2 barrels, one for solid slug. Not sure if i want it. Andy
  3. Its an original .303. However, ime having a .308[.762] made for me. A single pull SLR!!
  4. Can any one tell me whats the largest capacity mag i can have with an FAC pump action 12 bore? Now have one on my FAC but the Police havnt specified the capacity. Andy
  5. Here is another picture for you. Cracking rifle and ime amazed they have let me use it for deer here at home as well as the range. Andy
  6. Got this a couple of days ago, shoots very well. Andy
  7. I think its great, especially with the .357 round. Makes me want to wander around my property looking for bunnies rather than with the .22. Beastie gun. Next treat will be a black powder .44 revolver and a muzzle load shotgun. Joy of moving to Cornwall, couldnt have even thought of having this lot in Sussex as i had a footpath running through my land. Andy
  8. Personally, i wouldt go for a Navara as even 08 models are breaking in half, seems to be a design fault in the chassis as its a big problem with them. Last July i bought an Isuzu DMax and it has been superb, no issues at all. Andy.
  9. I got it from an Ian Hodge, Shooting and Fieldsports Supplies, Wadebridge. They had to order it in for me but the company thay got it from had 10 in stock and it took a couple of days. Andy
  10. You are more than welcome to come see us but if you want to shoot on the first time you come, we will just need your name and address so that we can advise the Police. If you want to pm me with that info, ile tell the relevant people or i can give you their contact details. If you use the range on a regular basis then you will be asked to join. Andy
  11. I have never owned a standard Series 3 and this is my first Landy so cant really help. However its basically the same and uses all Series 3 parts. Obviously there are differences but its mainly wings and other body parts. One thing they do have in common though is that they both always mark their territory!! Its not much lighter if at all than a standard one. Andy
  12. Its a cracking gun bud, they let me shoot it here on my property and at the range. Ime a member of the Looe Rifle and Pistol Club. A great bunch of people. Are you close? Andy
  13. They are great fun motors, being a 1972 early S3 she is not without a few issues but all that will be sorted soon. I have also bought a small gun cabinet which i will bolt to the loadbed so that i can shoot my pistol at the club and carry it there and back with a little security. Seems like a wise precaution. Andy
