  1. I could see that the Pheasant Road kill were all low birds and we don't shoot them that low. Not like you Essex boys.
  2. I went to Sudbury RFC last Saturday to watch a game and I agree about the Pheasant road kill. Road was littered
  3. 38 today with 6 guns covering the 6 woods. Total 75
  4. Since the 6 Nation matches are all televised, Saturday roost shooting has plunged. Numbers have dropped for the last 10 years very considerably.
  5. 48 yesterday on harrowed Bean stubble. I don't know what was wrong but I missed some easy targets. Total = 2473

  7. Gents, A bit of advice please from all of you experts out there. When Decoying pigeons and you have shot a few Crows, do you put these in the pattern as well or do you take them off the field.
  8. Hi Dad, Sorry I did not get back to you on my Rotary and how it fared but the 5 Fields of Beans have been cut but no Pigeons. Don't know where they have gone
  9. Beans were Harvested last Thursday on 5 fields very close together with a few spilled Beans on the ground but since then no pigeons at all. Keep looking but nothing around. I suppose they will flight in when I am away. My luck.
  10. Mine was delivered yesterday and they will be harvesting the Beans tomorrow, so I will tell you how they perform after the weekend

  12. Nice one. At 65 I do not take as much gear (tooooooooooooo heavy). but good for beginners
