Explain tightchoke plz my thoughts were no reloads for registered shoots, or trying to shoot competitively

I've had my dust measured and it comes in at an average of 0.6mm, I loaded 10 carts up in 28g fibre 12g and tried them on clays, my conclusion is that its no good for clay shooting,

I'll have to settle for Turkey then if I can't catch them before Christmas
