I'm welcoming all the information that's been giving by the guys so far and taken it in. I also know with out a dog it's going to be a big handicap and limit the shooting a fair bit. I'm eager to learn and except it's not all going to fall into place as been told it takes a few season to learn the foreshore. And I think all this season is going to be going out learning and hopefully have a shot here and there.

Well I'm sure the club will sort something out.I have met the chair man and spoke to him in depth and he is going to take us around for a tour this week of the marsh.

Me and my mate will be doing our first season hopefully at the end of September. Any advice on the wash/foreshore for total newbies on wildfowling. Even though we both been shooting for 4 years.

My season cartridges are fiocchi 19g .410 that's got the rabbits sorted. RC atomic steel 36g for the duck and geese. And final the pheasants will have Rio royals 32g chasing them lol.

Hi I'm on the look out for a decent small mig welder for genral quick fix jobs and a bit of hoppy making stuff. So what do people recommend.

Haven't seen hardly any around my way.
