We already had a Lanber sporter that my wife bought from Wabbitbosher, I drove over to see him to collect a Remmy 1100 and walked away with a Fabarm Euro 3 Ive not used it yet!! First time out on a new permission on the pigeons saturday CAN'T WAIT!!! Just for information, I dod call up the FEO office and asked when it was likely to be processed as I wanted to buy a gun at the show, they bumped me forward in the queue which was FAB!! Might be worth a call......??

The full choke does say lead only Am I right in thinking that there should be a fleur de lys somewhere? On cylinder and half it should be ok anyway from what I have read?? Another great service from Mick by the way! It's always a pleasure!!! -

I hope so as it's sitting in my cabinet now!! -
A GREAT bit of kit! These are SERIOUS machines, I use the smaller version now for clearing orchards that have been left to overgrow! Good luck with the sale.

A good day out! I was their also, had a stroke of Jack the spaniel who was lovely and bought a new ridgeline jacket £70 cheaper than the web! Have a look for the bushcraft store as they have a bulk purchase of ridgeline stuff that they are shifting at very good prices!!

Thanks for the reply Martyn, seems I should have sent a PM instead!! Oh well I will get one at the show.

Hi Martyn, Forgive the silly question but what does this come with as the basic FF5 is £65 new? Do you have the remote or any extras? I am in the market for a flapper / magnet currently to start my pigeon kit off http://www.flightlinedecoys.co.uk/store/decoy-products/ff5-multibird-flapper-detail

Brilliant, thanks guys! Being 5'5 it would need to fold into about 6 pieces for me to fit it in a pocket!! I have pulled out of the sale so thank you all for the advice!!
-
D'oh I was super excited then!! Thank you ever so much for the offer though!!

Guys thank you very much for the detailed feedback. I think I will pass on this for now and have a look at the show at the weekend as having looked on the web, it's not the 'bargain' I first thought. What is the "point" of a folding gun normally? Poaching?
-
I'm already in contact with Mick, we bought my wife's gun from him I thought for the money that this may be a good buy and something different?? I am hoping to find something lightweight ideally?
-
Hi guys I have been offered an Investarm O/U 12G folding SG for around £150 What are your thoughts? This would be used as a rough gun and for clays. It's 3/4 and 1/2 choke I've not come across them before but it's a nice short LOP at 14in on 29in barrels Thoughts please??

Stoxs I did wonder about that, weight will be my biggest issue as being on the small side, my load lugging is limited!! I may go back to looking for one second hand - I did think that there woould be more of them around but guys must keep hold of them?
-
Top Mann thank you!!
-
My mate took it one step further and did it on his "old boy" he promptly burned off all his pubes and was in a bad way for a coup,e of weeks!!
-
Thank you Dave, I had seen a couple of vids but it's knowing which ones work, I'm surprised that there's not a PW vid?? There must be loads of guys that have made them??
-
Hi guys, does anyone have any instructions on how to build your own magnet? I have heard that you can make them from a wiper motor? Any tips? Thanks

Tightchoke, Who's your FEO? Dave did say that they were exceptionally busy at the moment.
