  1. ATA SP NICKEL SPORTER O/U 12g 30" barrels LOP is c. 15" Steelproof 3" chambers Full set of chokes and key Saw little use. Looking for £300 ONO. Worcestershire location.
  2. Parden me, the price is £100.00, should have checked before posting!
  3. Absolutely lovely overcoat, great for the colder weather up ahead. I did my best with the measurements, but they might be up to 1/2 inch off: Top of collar to bottom - 49 inches Shoulder seam to sleeve - 23 inches Middle of collar to sleeve - 36 inches Armpit to bottom of coat - 36 inches Armpit to armpit when buttoned up and laid flat - 20 inches One of the fron buttons at thte front needs reattaching (original included). Small repair on the inside lining, but difficult to find. Small rip in the armpit lining, which is an easy fix and doubt it would be noticed after. The collar is velvet and very lovely. Outer material is pure new wool. I tried to describe the size as best as I could, I think it would be perfect for someone 38-40 inch chest and on the taller side, unless you prefer a long overcoat. Any questions - send me a message. More pictures by email. Price - £200.00 or best offer. It's not worn anymore and would rather see someone make the most of it. Postage included. A swap for a S2 shotgun would also be considered (Gloucester-Worcester-Ludlow-Hereford).
  4. Buckshot for IPSC can be 6.1mm to 9.1mm, recommended number of shot for a 12 bore is 9 pellets. Taken from the IPSC rule book available on their website - http://www.ipsc.org/rules/ Appendix E1 pages 61-62. Hope that helps!
  5. I tend to have 1-3 in a slab that just wouldn't go off first time. I thought it was the firing pin, but 3 slabs of different make cartridges went through without any issues since. All gamebores were bought same shop and same shippment. Will wait for a new delivery
  6. You have to love this topic.. Firstly mother Theresa stands up in front of the world and starts pointing fingers at Russia, blaming them for this attack and stirring things up. No proof, no nothing. After a decision that the nerve agent was similar to that of the russians (no def. proof) it was decided that the russians had to be behind it. Now quite a few years ago a sect in Japan has synthesised and used the UK created VX nerve agent - surely it was the british behind that? If we follow the same logic..
  7. Because lead is toxic and it harms the environment. It does not have an instant impact, but it all adds up over time, just like certain pesticides (DDT), and can be very dangerous higher up in the food chain. Steel works for some, it's cheaper, it's available - what's not to like. If someone likes and uses lead - it's their choice and as long as they comply with the law(wildfowling) I can't see a problem. Hopefuly the same people will appreciate that others might be happy with steel shot and give a thumbs up instead of calling them heretics. No critique aimed at you, Old'un, just in case
  8. Sorry, but I don't do politics. Wouldn't have a clue whos who
  9. It's settled then, next time visiting I'll be off for a ratting job, at least the bait is sorted!
  10. no droppings to be seen at all. would they be storing the food for later if they are taking so much?
  11. Been visiting some relatives and they keep their dog food in a small shed adjacent to the house. Someone pesky decided to help themselves to it and had about 2/3 of a rather large bag more or less overnight. We have no idea who could have done this, as I have never seen a hole as such this way. My first guess was rats, but 2/3ds of a 25kg bag so quickly? Could it be a marten, as they have been seen around? The diameter of the hole is 2/2.5 inches..
  12. A review on the Venza. Read from the technicalities part of the article. http://www.shootinguk.co.uk/reviews/shotgun/ata-venza-semi-auto
  13. Have mine since August '17 - love it. Comfortable to handle, good grip, low recoil and most importantly I hit clays with it. I got the 30" Sporter with vented ribs, the only thing I would have liked is the adjustable comb, but those are available as well. It's just a lovely gun. Would deffinetely buy again.
  14. Might find this interesting then: Shooting was always vulnerable. There are tons of people against it. People that have too much time on their hands that will try and damage others interests as a hobby.
