  1. I have a Winchester SX3 I might trade. Do you have more info on the guns, barrel length, lop, cast, chokes available, are they the sporter or game models, etc I'm in Cambridgeshire
  2. Hi Dave, may i ask what are the chokes on the S56e please, chamber length and LOP. I'm down in Cambridge, don't suppose you're down this way anytime soon?
  3. Hi Acerforestry, If you search SX3 you'll see my listing for my Winchester SX3, with lots of shells too. It's lighter than my Beretta 302, despite being a 3.5 inch magnum. I just don't shoot it as well as my Beretta. The heavy loads will be useful once you get your eye in, and the cheaper ones will mean plenty of cheap practice at the clays. Gimme a shout if you're interested.
  4. Cartridges now sold to smokersmith separately subject to collection, so gun only now, £350.
  5. Thanks lads. Also, in reply to another query gun comes with two adjustment shims as per the photo.
  6. Winchester SX3 in black synthetic. 28” barrel with 3, ½” chamber. 3 shot so on SGC. Multi choke with 3 chokes and decent Browning choke key. Has a good quality recoil reducer. Had a ‘Tru- glo’ sight bead which I removed so needs a new one (approx. £20 on Amazon). The gun is in good condition and cycles everything from heavy 3,1/2” loads down to 24 gram clay loads. It’s been cleaned and lightly oiled after every outing. Usual Winchester reliability. With the gun comes an array of ‘Heavy cartridges’ mostly Steel and Tungsten shot. Approximately 650 in total. Heres the list:- 6 boxes of Gamebore Mammoth magnum steel 3 ½” , 42 gram # 1 shot, (6x10=60) 4 boxes of hull steel game 70mm / 2 ¾”, 28 gram #5 94 x 25 = 100) Loose 65 x RC 3” magnum Steel 36 gram, mostly 3 shot with a few #1 5 boxes Gamebore Kent IMPACT 28gram tungsten #5 shot (Not in original boxes and some with a little rust but all will chamber) (5 x 25 = 125) >300 loose cartridges, mostly lead, some showing some signs of rust. The gun has some fantastic You Tube reviews, try googling: “Winchester SX3 vs. SX4 Semi Auto Shotgun Review Gould Brothers”, “Winchester SX3 Autoloader Shotgun Review”, “Patrick Flanigan and Winchester SX3 Fastest Shotgun in the World”. I paid £ 475 for this package from Little Chopper a year ago, but despite shooting a few stratospheric geese with it just can’t shoot it as well as my old Beretta so it has to go. Now asking £425.00. I’m based between Huntingdon and St. Ives Cambridgeshire.
  7. Hi Trap1, where are you? Would you consider selling the night vision unit separately, but would need to try it out first.
  8. Loving the Rekord cartridge banter lads, similar memories from my teenager days when I weighed 8st wet and shot my brother's gun. Fair to say I missed a few through flinching🤯
  9. Hi, is it 3" chamber and do you know LOP and Drop measurements?
  10. Seems I priced this too high! Now £35 Ono.
  11. Boito (Brazilian) o/u 12 gauge shotgun. Full and half choke. LOP 14" to back trigger, 15" to front. Full working order with a few tiny rust marks to blueing. 100% tight on the face this gun has not had a lot of use. 28" barrels and 2 and 3/4 chambers and 3 and 1/4 tons proof. Only looking £70. St Ives area of Cambridgeshire. Also working 2 days per week in Wellingborough if that's more convenient.
  12. Collected last night. Gun and cartridges as described. A pleasure doing business with you Little Chopper. Will give it an outing this weekend.
  13. Hi little chopper, I'll take that please. I'm near Huntington. Can either get up some evening or during the day Friday. Can you PM me your address please. Phil
  14. Hi, just a shout out, did my coterminous application to Cambs just two weeks ago, required hardcopy by post, pay via teleon a few days later, followed by a follow up call to discuss security, ticket, permission etc, and renewed licence issued in about 2 weeks - the only faff was getting my GP to issue the medical report, (he retired) but even that wasn't too onerous in the end. Hats off to Cambs firearms branch and also to my local surgery who clearly have more important things on their agenda just now !
