  1. Am very well thanks bit hectic with work, family, pest control and Christmas etc. That's a very nice gesture. All the best to you and your family. Ferret man
  2. How are you the gouse? Hope you keeping well, still stalking me I see 😁😁😁😁😚😚
  3. Met up with Alyy yesterday and took him on one of my permissions near Tamworth for a days ferreting/long netting and getting him used to using a long net. We had a great day and I must say he is one of the nicest and most genuine people I have met in a long time even the farmer commented on what a nice bloke he was and how easy he was to get along with. We are arranging another day out in a few days time and hopefully it will become a regular thing as he said he really enjoyed it and he certainly got stuck in!!
  4. Scope has gone to geordieh, hope the kids enjoy it! Ferret man
  5. Hi Geordie Not long been back from work and checked my messages/posts and went for the first person who contacted me and that was Blade who wants it for his daughter thought that was the fairest way to do it. If for any reason he doesn't want it anymore you are next in line and I will contact you. Regards Ferret man
  6. It will only be collecting dust in the cupboard 😁 I bought a Bushnell Banner about 3 years ago it's a cracking day time scope but just couldn't get on with it at night through my Nite Site Wolf RTek and that's just been sat there as well!!
  7. My daughter comes out with me ratting etc and have just bought her a nice new scope. She had a Hawke 3x9x50 it's only cheapish but very clear and works fine. If there are any young uns on here starting out and want it they are welcome to have it but will have to pay postage costs. Ferret man
  8. Just wanted to put a post on regarding my recent trip taking Morrisman off here. I took him for 4 days we went out sea fishing, sea fishing off kayaks, ferreting, long netting and shooting etc. One day he popped out and spent approx £100 on a gift for me it was completely out of the blue and a lovely gesture and it meant a lot to me. Just wanted to say thank you and to let you guys know what a lovely genuine chap he is and his cooking is bloody lovely! Ferret man
  9. Thanks to all for the welcome posts
  10. I do a lot of ferreting etc on the South Coast and the Midlands, some of the permissions I go to there are hundreds on there yet only a few miles down the road they seemed to have disappeared overnight I'm sure it's the dreaded VHD. It doesn't look good
  11. Hi all have just come across this forum and it seems like a nice friendly place! All the best, Colin
