It's all about putting the hours in for sure, I have been to atleast 14 Farms/tree nurseries so far and nothing yet but sloggin through it Cheers Alan, I have my BASC insurance but travels a pain for me at the moment as I'm on my cheap to run chinese 125cc motorcycle not the best for transporting any kind of rifle, but its all I can afford to run

I think door knocking requires alittle more experience than I have, I'll search up these posts and I know maybe one guy who raises the phesants for shoots so might be able to get some beating or help them out there cheers for the advice

Cheers for the info really appreciate it, I might know a few people who could get me the harbour road names and maybe even an introduction, I just picked up a few of the gamo PBA and alloy pellet test pack wary of the accuracy before i've even fired any, I've heard good things about AC and my rifle probably needs some new grease, might pop in after work on friday and have a chat with them see what they quote me, still abit unsure of how to approach the land owners round here and the guy who does pheasant shoots is never around to chat so i might just stick an ad on the notice board and knock on a few doors any tips?

I haven't had a chance to get to the outdoor range yet, Iden ferns right? the website went down last week which puzzled me, I've been seeing over a dozen rabbits in one area continually, and i know theres a few places between rye and camber where the field is more rabbit than grass, pretty sure i bumped into knobby last lambing season, also sure hes they guy who owns the fields literally behind my garden too cheers for the reply sorry i took so long to get back to you

Just wondering if anyone knows anywhere between Rye and hastings I can get permission on for sub 12ft/lb air rifle pest control relatively new to the area BASC insured and willing to help clear paths and fallen trees

Hi guys, Been looking to start shooting my .22 air rifle around Rye in East Sussex, there is plenty of rabbits, woodie and feral pigeons around but I do not know anyone down here. If anyone is local, I'd be glad for some help or a chat at one of Rye's many pubs cheers
