If that hole is the same all the way down I could whip it out in a few mins.... dig it bigger then concrete/post crete and back fill. So it's like a light bulb shape under ground

Nice bit of work. Maybe take those bolts out and replace with short grub screws as that's going to shake the whole thing to pieces

Got 2x Silverstone F1 tickets for sale with camping.... weds till Monday.
4 days on the circuit
2 days are roaming tickets where you can sit anywhere
On raceday Vale grandstand.
5 days camping at the track will take a tent, caravan or campervan with hookup included.
Paid nearly £1000 early on. These are going for thousands now as it's sold out. Camping was sold out 6 months ago. On the website there is only Stirling stand forsale and those are at £1200 for 2 with no camping etc.
£750ono.
They are my mum n dad's but selling due to bad health and won't be able to make it -

I'm in the same boat...
What about something like this. As far as I can see it ticks all the boxes that you guys have mentioned. mig with gas for smaller gauge (gas neater than gasless) and stick capable for slightly bigger stuff.
Or am I looking at this wrong. This will be my first welder by the way.
Thanks and sorry for jumping in to your thread but it relates to yours to it seems and would be silly to stat a new one to ask the advice on one welder!

Abit late probably but the seal on the flu will not be touched ok a service If all is well. Just the seal on the glass but that is removable/reusable providing condition is good

I've had a samsung one for probably 3 years now... it does the job but doesn't half take it's time. Gave up using the settings on it and just stick everything on a timed 2.5 hour! All the settings if it thinks its dry it turns off and there was always something wrapped up that wasnt! Anything I dont want drinking doesn't go near it as it will still shrink things
There is no rapid dry setting either as there is only a heat pump
