  6. Hi thanks for the reply its not really a question of being a problem it was more of the 3 questions above. Ive had a look at the opinels you suggested thanks. 7. Hi everyone. Long story short i used to shoot on family owend land when i was younger so from leaving the house to walking the prem to returning id never step foot out of our small holding. I used to carry a crkt 5inch fixed blade knife in a sheath on my belt and althouh it was overkill it came in very handy a few times. Now im more recent years ive got into my shotguns and last year did a few driven days. This season i have 7 driven days and a week in the orkneys. Last year there was only one time in the couple of days i could have done with a knife and that was for cutting some nylon twine while choosing my birds so would only require a very small blade. My question to you guys is... Do you carry a knife on driven days? What knife is it and what do you recomend? What have you used it for in times past? I always prefer using a fixed blade for the feel and safty of fingers but know this isnt really nescerry but im open to suggestions! Thanks in advance!
  8. I imagine your tap flex will be 15mm compression not 20mm? 22mm maybe if its a large tap! Ither way you can get a 25mm alcatheen to ither 15 or 22 copper wich will be a brass spigot you can tighten the flex straight too ?? Where you connect at your house end you could do with a stoptap and double check valve before the mdpe
  9. It was nice thats why its hanging on the back of my bedroom door! Have a look on ebay "barbour cartridge bag" there was a few 2nd hand ones last tims i looked. It depends what you class as a large bag as this holds 75 loose so for game rather than clays

  18. Get him to isolate the coil to the cylinder. If the system was istalled by someone who knew what he was doing (although not very neatly as you say) There should be some gate valves / pump isolators etc. This way only the coil would have to be drained and watch for a flow of water or drips over the next 5mins. Providing there are isolaters the whole test should take 15mins and confirm weather the coil is the suspect. As for expansion vessels a simple tyre gauge on the vessels would indicate if it was to blame. Hope that helps
  19. Interesting. Quite fancy an r-10, i see hes not a member but does anyone know if the 8inch barrel has any adverse effects? Thanks

    Glass Cleaner

I specialise in fitting large format gas fires and deal with alot of black glass inside of them along with the glass window with alot of them being tunnels that you can look through into the next room so the glass has to be spotless. I have used most products on the market for cleaning marked glass on services both comercial chemicals and domestic. But personally nothing beats good old ciff!
