  1. That is a lovely looking gun! PM me an idea of price where you would be happy and your location. Must have been a bad day when the stock broke... I won't lie to you, I'm not looking to pay a lot and I feel this may be worth more than I'd be happy to pay on a project but I'm an optimist so let's see what you say 😂 Thanks.
  2. Cheers. While thats exactly what i want, thats not what I want to spend on a project... Thanks though! Your not kidding £1200 for something you can't fire 🤣 The search is on, it doesn't have to be anything special, an ATA would be just fine.
  3. Hi, I'm looking for an over under 12g shotgun with a damaged stock to fit a custom stock to. Happy with almost anything so long as it's mechanically sound and cheap. I'd ideally want a Browning, for no other reason than I shoot one currently, Beretta is a close second but so long as it's a mainstream gun and justifies a nice bit of timber, I'd be interested! I don't fancy buying something nice and taking the wood off, better to save a gun I suppose... So if anyone has a gun that is beyond economical repair, please let me know. I'm based about 15 miles north of Derby but I can travel and do travel all around the country so if it's en route I could always pop round during work hours. Thanks.
  4. Would you be interested is selling the Teague chokes separately? Drop me a PM if that is an option. I'm only just off J28 so could always collect
  5. There is a shoot just down towards Aldercar Fisheries (just off the A610) I've tried to find whoever organises it but with no luck. I go the Maggie's Den for breakfast most Sundays with the little one and we see them shooting alternate Sundays but I just can't seem to get the attention of anyone there. Might be worth a little digging to see who runs it.
  6. Apologies.. Looks like boxing day is off for me, the better half has put her foot down and insisted on "family" time. I did suggest she could push buttons but that went down like a lead balloon, so I'm bowing out of that one! Let me know if you fancy any other days and I'm sure I will get a pass! Thank you for the understanding reply, as above boxing day is out for me! I will check your site and try and get over one Sunday!
  7. I'm new to shooting having just received my certificate, I have also just bought my new to me Browning 525. I was wondering if I would be welcome having only shot around 250 clays at various lessons? I won't be offended if not and would like to pop down one Sunday in the future anyway if you have room for a solo shooter?
