  1. Hi, I have this hard case I'm selling on behalf of a friend who is giving up shooting due to various reasons. I'll check the measurements and it would have to be posted as I'm in Newcastle

  6. Hi, does the hand primer come with the large and small fittings???
  7. Stornoway black pudding is probably my favourite although it is not pleasant uncooked. Ramsay's black pudding is probably my next favourite. I was in Ilkley recently and there is an excellent butcher called Lishmans - it's become a bit of a pilgrimage when we are on holiday in the area. I got one of their own black puddings but was a bit disappointed with it, quite bland. Think I preferred it uncooked actually. I haven't tried the Fruit Pig one yet, which is meant to be made with actual blood. I was force-fed black pudding when I was little as I suffered from nose bleeds and the doctor recommended black pudding to replace the iron in my body that I was losing with the bleeds. Been hooked ever since!
  8. I drive a 2015 DMax extended cab and it is very good on fuel, around 32mpg. Haven't been impressed with it off road, although that could be due to the tyres. Very comfortable, quiet and reliable.
  9. I've been with Aviva for 5 years and this year it was £50 more than last year. I rang them to discuss and said I had a cheaper quote elsewhere but they weren't prepared to do anything so I moved to Admiral. I have tried NFU in the past but they must be the only company where you can't do it online and when you ring up, they go through everything and then say okay, we should be back in touch in 2 days!!
  10. Still available and open to offers
  11. Still available and open to offers. Has to go
  12. Beef - either a good roast or a ribeye steak. I only found out recently that a good friend of mine is allergic to beef!!! I do like charcuterie as well
  13. Another rifle belonging to my friend with a terminal illness. This is a Ruger No1 in .223 Remington, obviously single shot. There are no iron sights and the barrel is not threaded. It comes with a classic Simmons Whitetail scope, 4-12. The rifle shoots really well with 55 grain bullets/ammunition and the woodwork is very, very good. Looking for £600 or offers. Is held by an RFD in Co Durham and can be shipped to your RFD for £30
  14. As per my advert for the Ruger 10/22, this belongs to a friend who has a terminal illness. The rifle is a CZ Model 511 semi-auto, 8-round magazine and the barrel is threaded. Has sling swivels and comes with an unknown brand of scope, 4x40. Looking for £200 or offers. Located with an RFD in Co Durham, can be shipped for £30
  15. I hope the admins allow this. I am advertising rifles for a friend who has a terminal illness. This is a classic Ruger 10/22, the barrel is threaded, sling swivels fitted and it comes with one ten-round rotary magazine. The rifle is fitted with a Bushnell Buckhorn 3-9 wide-angle scope. Looking for £150 or thereabouts. The rifles are currently lodged with an RFD in Co Durham and can be collected from there or shipped to your RFD for £30
  16. You could fall into the area a Government proposal was trying to cover a few years ago - to make it an offence to own components with intent to make ammunition for which you do not have legal permission to own.
