  1. Never used the ir torch there has been plenty of natural light full moon so no need for ir and good clear picture too, but did notice the other night it needed ir. Dont know how u zeroed at 8 mag I would never see target at 100, mine was at 12 mag. Just a thought though the infiray does not like sunlight has to be dull to zero. Anybody with a c 50 alpex or similar, is it clear when zeroing and how is it in daytime use think I will change mine
  2. Thanks for that, was out this morning and guess what all done first shot left of bull second shot right on the money. Still not clear image of target at 100 yards but managed it will put a picture up shortly
  3. Need some help went to zero said scope started at 30 yards to get on paper done and a clear picture. Then moved out to 100 yards got setup looked through scope and cant see a clear picture, I tried everything to fix this but was unable. Anybody have this problem or know how to fix this

Thanks for all the comments much appreciated and I was just thinking its good to talk,as an newish member we dont know each other but the replys I got have helped had to laugh at the bottle which is the first laugh for a couple of weeks thanks all. As I said earlier I will post some pics think im sorted for meat for a while.😁
  8. Morning all bit of an update feel a bit better thank goodness but have another issue anxiety, never had that before spoke to someone in the heath service and she said everyone suffering it. Is anybody else suffering from this or do you think this will be the next crisis
  9. Thanks for the replys, the doc phoned this morning and said I probably had mild c19 symptoms how that happened I will never know after all that I seen about people with underlying problems. Still a bit under the weather but will get there, stay safe everybody it will get rough but it will pass. Just like to add try not be glued to the news the whole time, this will help if u start to get worried thanks paddyscot
  10. Hello all the problem I have is a probable case of covid19 still waiting to be tested but have a few symptoms eg had a cold then week later dry continuous cough then tight and sore chest. I also have underlying health issues I am worried and scared. I though I could write something better but it never came out the way I though. Ps I will post a few photos later and show how my season went and hopefully you can post a few aswell to take my mind of things for a while thanks for looking paddyscot

  12. Hear is my dog max, two year old minature jack russell endless energy. Loves picking up pigeons that I shoot and loves cats not
  13. My wife went to see metallica in slane castle on saturday said they were good. On the way home fell ,now broken ankle had op steel plate and screws not good. She also had ticket booked for bon jovi this saturday but now resting up with lots of tlc

  17. Hello all a bit of background to this head got a call from a farmer I know said he was having trouble with deer in his barley field. I said I would have a look, when I did there was 24 hinds there and a 22 point stag. Went up next night about 7 30 jumped the gate walked up to next field deer tracks everywhere, walked along ditch stopped 10 yards in,was only standing 3 mins and he appeared. Quickly got the 270 on the sticks and bang shot in the neck at 25 yards.As you can see he was a 12 pointer a baby and weighed 188 kg dressed out oh my back.The head will be bleached and antlers polished and mounted and given away to a landowner I do a bit of shooting for more photos to come from that thanks from paddyscot

  19. JDog nothing to worry about, u should be more than happy with that. Wait till all other crops are up all yours sown should make some great shooting. Let us know how u get on please should be a great report
