My pear and tulips tree.

I knew it couldn’t last. But what can you do. My company only cut us back to 32 hours at the moment. But I feel a layoff is on the horizon. -

I will leave 20 of the 30 wooded so it will be balanced. Going to do a good mix for deer and birds. But I get good deer in here already with the woods. -

Sorry, meant to say since work is slowing down. The last six years I have been running 80 hour weeks trying to keep clients and 9-5 job happy. But things have slacked off so I’m filling my time with things I have been neglecting for the last few years. Cleaning, fixing up things. -

100 yard long fire. -
23 stumps dug today. Started burning Friday and it’s hasn’t stopped raining. Been awake and wet for 36 hours at this point but it will be worth it to not hunt public land.

If America is building it it’s going to get held up in the environmental studies. They will find a stupid little squid and we will end up allotting 5 billion dollars to study and regome them.

Since things are slowing down I was noticing how pretty my pear trees were looking. It sparked an interest of cleaning up my primary home. Long way to go but 100% better than before. The government has a bounty in the Pears as they are invasive but I’m not cutting mine. It’s my favorite part of this property. Yes I know my driveway is nasty, I plan on washing it soon.

Well, the Trump years were the best I have seen in my lifetime. I was homeless living in a camper under Obama. No work to be had. First time I have ever had to turn down work was under Trump. I am not good with money, I didn’t finish school but I ended up with a uncomfortable amount of money in my checking account because I kept increasing my prices because I had so much work I couldn’t keep up. I couldn’t invest or spend it quick enough. Bought a farm in the mountains, a place at the beach, 9 acre estates in the city. Stocks galore. Now under Biden things are slowing down. I haven’t had a side gig for a while. My 9-5 is talking about layoffs. Luckily all my properties are paid off and I have zero debt. My wife and I were talking the other day how wild of a ride it was the last few years. I was born and raised Democrat, but my whole family are on the Trump Train. Kennedy was the only person that could defeat Trump legitimately.

Thanks. No, I’m a machinist/ tool and die engineer. I’m getting there. I trying to figure out the direction I want to go. My farm being agricultural I can build anything I want without permits, but if you build without permits it’s almost impossible to get a loan on the property if you go to sale it down the road. So it limits you to cash buyers. But if you pull permits you have an inspection process that it a headache.

I bought this trailer when I was 18. It was my first home and where my wife and I lived when we first got married. It’s was a rental for years but after the last renters moved out it’s set empty. So over the holidays I gutted it to the studs and started putting it back together. New everything from the windows to the drywall. But it’s going to be a place for my family to stay when they are in town. It’s a 14x80ft 3bed 2 bath. Fully handicap accessible even a handicap walk in bathtub for my mom. My dad and I set the kitchen and got most of the floors finished. It’s been a fun project. I really have gotten into the renovation thing. The is my 4th renovation it the last two years and it’s been a very rewarding hobby. I’m going through all my properties as I have free time from work. Slowly working towards my skill set to build a house from the ground up.

But North Carolina were I’m at just passed a law were you don’t have to wear a helmet if you put a windshield on your SxS. So I’m going to put one on my Honda SxS to drive to work and back. I never got a tag or put turn signals on my SxS because I can’t stand wearing helmets but now I don’t have to I’m going to pull the plug and get a tag for it. -

For long road trips my 64SS Impala. It was a dream to dream But my all time favorite to drive was my 78 LandRover. I loved it. I got so frustrated trying to keep it running a leak free that I sold it. I still regret selling it. -

This is a hard one. I built a 64 Malibu because John Trevolta looked cool in Pulp Fiction. For cool factor it wins, because John Trevolta -
One of the craziest things I ever heard on Facebook was it’s 364miles from London Texas, to Paris Texas but only 290 miles from London UK to Paris France.

True, it’s 450 miles from my place in the NC mountains to my place at the NC coast. I live in Charlotte almost dead in between the mountains and the beach. A while back I left my house in Charlotte NC, drove to the mountains to get my pressure washer then drove to the coast. That’s a full day of driving.

I’m 250 miles away, but I own a little shack near the water so I stay a few nights to make it worth while
