My cousin had been working long days at harvest time and while waiting for his mate to arrive in the other tractor decided to get an hours sleep. His mate arrived and didn’t see him laid down, he was ran over by the tractor and killed. He was only 21.

Brilliant gesture. If it wasn’t for help from the forum I probably wouldn’t of learnt half as much, particularly pigeon shooting. -

Bloody hell, last time I got some from there I’m sure they were a smidge over £250 maybe £260 but it was a while ago. Even Park Lodge are cheaper than that at £276 per thousand. Did you get 30g or 32g?

Honestly I’ve never tried it. I will try get hold of some milts and give it a go.

When I was a fishmonger I would end up flogging perfectly good fish for 5p just so it didn’t go in the bin. The only things I really struggled to get rid of were things like herring milts and cod roe.

We’ve always had a stove and one will be going in the new house in a few weeks. Even if we wanted an open fire we couldn’t have one, being in a smokeless zone means wood can only be burnt on a DEFRA exempt stove.

I got hit in the side by a piece that was a no bird from a high tower. Didn’t feel nice at all and like you say wouldn’t of liked it in my eye

I do wear safety glasses when shooting clays, I’ve been hit by bits a few times. Never worn them out shooting pigeons or game.
