Itโs standard practice now to divert all rainwater back into the ground rather than into the foul system and as discussed already a perculation test should have been done to calculate the soak away size. I am a surveyor and also in herts, DM me your details if you want a second opinion help/advice....๐๐ป

Hi guys, After the recent rain the truck was sliding around the fields about like bambi on ice so I am thinking I need to get some new tyres for the winter. Can anyone recommend a set of off road tyres for a 2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrack that will get me around the fields in winter but still be half decent on the road please....? Many thanks

Like you I heard that the FF6 was the daddy but gave up waiting for Nick at Flightline and took the plunge and bought a turbocharged flapper from AA which included random timer and battery for ยฃ50 (bargain) on the basis than if the first one didnโt last I could buy a replacement and still not be out of pocket. I am no expert but it seems realistic to me, itโs all metal so would appear to be robust enough to handled being thrown around and most of all does the trick and a lot less hassle than the magnet. I was so impressed that I have been thinking of adding a second one to the kit...

Thanks guys this is really useful stuff ๐๐ป As Iโve said I am only just starting out so I am not expecting (or interested) in shooting huge bags, for me itโs more about being outdoors, protecting valuable crops and the bonus is getting locally sourced, fresh food for me to eat. Personally, I wouldnโt want to shoot pigeons and then waste them, as it seems completely unethical to me.

Interesting oldโun, I would have assumed that as soon as they were fly blown that they wouldnโt be good to eat. Thanks for the advice...๐
