  3. Itโ€™s standard practice now to divert all rainwater back into the ground rather than into the foul system and as discussed already a perculation test should have been done to calculate the soak away size. I am a surveyor and also in herts, DM me your details if you want a second opinion help/advice....๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

  10. Hi guys, After the recent rain the truck was sliding around the fields about like bambi on ice so I am thinking I need to get some new tyres for the winter. Can anyone recommend a set of off road tyres for a 2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrack that will get me around the fields in winter but still be half decent on the road please....? Many thanks

  12. Like you I heard that the FF6 was the daddy but gave up waiting for Nick at Flightline and took the plunge and bought a turbocharged flapper from AA which included random timer and battery for ยฃ50 (bargain) on the basis than if the first one didnโ€™t last I could buy a replacement and still not be out of pocket. I am no expert but it seems realistic to me, itโ€™s all metal so would appear to be robust enough to handled being thrown around and most of all does the trick and a lot less hassle than the magnet. I was so impressed that I have been thinking of adding a second one to the kit...
  13. Thanks guys this is really useful stuff ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป As Iโ€™ve said I am only just starting out so I am not expecting (or interested) in shooting huge bags, for me itโ€™s more about being outdoors, protecting valuable crops and the bonus is getting locally sourced, fresh food for me to eat. Personally, I wouldnโ€™t want to shoot pigeons and then waste them, as it seems completely unethical to me.
  14. Interesting oldโ€™un, I would have assumed that as soon as they were fly blown that they wouldnโ€™t be good to eat. Thanks for the advice...๐Ÿ˜‰
  15. Thanks for the input guys ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
