  3. Hmm I dont know about that, mine is probably made 70-80s but a good gun for the price, and not many Simpsons around, one problem I found, it was auto safety, yuck on a clay gun, anyhow got into the works, saw how the auto safety worked, and disconected it, safety still works on manual, I was amazed at the inner workings the quality.

  4. Well holloway, I am half German, dad was on the wrong side, and a pow here, I think German made weapons were supreme, and the Simpson family made weapons for the German military, Lugers Bayonets, Rifles etc, If I have my history right? The Simpson family were Jewish, that mad man Hitler came to power, he took over there business and it was re named Krieghof, I suppose at some stage the Simpsons re started there business in the DDR from which mine is made, I hope my historical facts are correct, ha

  5. I am a semi auto shooter, now got a gammy left arm, I can shoot a O/U shotgun but my left hand supports the action, so my semi is out, I am looking for a O/U in 12 bore, single/double triggers, but manual safety, Simpson of Suhl, or Merkel, anything out there at a reasonble price, I do have a Browning B80 auto as a possible trade, but will buy cash, if the right shotgun turns up, St Helens Merseyside.

  6. Not a nice job, just had my 6 done on a Chrysler 300C, for one week I sprayed WD40 into each plug, came out easy, My garage had the same problem, cut the story short there is a guy who travels the country, charges you £? per plug, much cheaper than removing the head, but my garage is shut until new year, lets see how you get on in the meentime.

  7. Yes my thoughts exactly, The answer, we shall call her the complainant what ever her name is, a very unusual attire, The poor old lady did not explain fully her interest, where are you from meaning your family roots, This is all getting up peoples noses, perhaps we should refrain from speaking to people we don't know, or clearly you might upset them.

  8. Sounds a bit costly, I make my own Martini brass from 24 gauge shot gun brass, it's easy and does not cost anything.

    1. a metal tube cut to length were you want your annealing done, whats left in the tube does not get annealed.

    2. a bolt fitted at one end of the tube, to go into a battery drill.

    3. a cheap propane torch

Spin your drill whilst playing the torch on your brass, get the required colour change, dropp brass into cold water, dipping your metal tube in there every three cartridges done.

  9. I don't like the idea, Public opinion is changing, It was voted for, end of matter, my take the whole world is in turmoil, not just this country, clearly the dross have surfaced blaming the countries woes on brexit. get educated even Germany is in recession.
