  1. Paid agitators,it has been said that the retirement age ring leaders each received a 25k lump sum payment from none other than our dear friend Klaus Schwab & the WEF,every little helps to push the climate change agenda & eventually have us all without transport, ever wonder why the police won't deal with these protestors?

  2. The YouTube channel completely disappeared a few months ago,i don't understand why,it was brilliant!,i've met Vinnie Jones on a shoot,a passionate countryman & a good shot, the banter that day was excellent,a different day on the same shoot i also met Gordon Ramsay, not such a good shot but a good laugh.

I know that Simon the stickmakers workshop was broken into after the airing of the Crafty Countryman videos,i wonder if that incident played any part in the channel being taken down.

  3. I've been suffering a menopausal MONSTER for past 3 years!,it's turned what was a beautiful slim kind hearted & pleasant woman into an overweight skin tagged hot sweaty foul tempered goddamned gorilla!,an absolute bloody nightmare!,she's refusing HRT because of the health risks,i agree with her on that but something needs done, luckily she doesn't live with me,we'd be seperated by now if she did,she lives only a few streets away & that's now proving to be too close for comfort at the best of times, how long does this sh#t last?!

  4. DO NOT buy the Foodsaver V3840 from Lakeland (or anywhere else),spare gaskets are not available for them, had i have known that i wouldn't have bought one from Lakeland, overall it's a good machine & it has served me well but it's now losing suction so i'm going to have to buy a complete new machine.

Hello, I used those defiants years ago, came in boxes, great pellet in my BSA R10 , do H and N make one like that ??

H&N bought over Prometheus & re-badged the Defiants as H&N Sniper Light then for unbeknown reasons stopped producing them completely,i contacted H&N a few years ago asking why & they couldn't give a definitive reason,i'm now using Falcon Accuracy Plus,my R10 Mk2 (now Ratworks tuned) is very accurate with the Falcons.

  6. Get with the programme guys.

What we are witnessing is a WEF orchestrated full-on invasion, deliberate & devisive!

    Johnson,Truss,Sunak,Macron,all WEF puppets.

Regardless of what any home secretary may promise it will never come to any fruition, yes they might manage somehow to deport a few but it won't last, smoke, mirrors & pantomime.

For as long as Klaus Scwab is running WEFminster it's only ever going to get worse.

    R.I.P Great Britian!

  7. I've never needed to touch the turrets on my R10 either,i personally wouldn't have an un-regged PCP,i like to try & keep things simple,i'm at ease knowing i don't have to worry about the 'sweet spot',the less i've got to worry about the better,a simple thing like pellet testing recently proved enough to fry my head, waiting for calm evenings or weekends, testing loads of pellets, narrowing it down, deciding on a brand, size & weight then realising the pellets i want are near impossible to obtain!,big thank you to H&N for buying over Prometheus & halting production of Defiants/Sniper Light!,anyway,i'm about to mail order a couple of thousand Falcon Accuracy Plus at an eye watering price 😭

Go on then, what's the best way to dry porcini? Assuming I can find and ID some. We have a dehydrator, if that would work?

Yes,dehydrators are the way to go,plenty available these days & a good investment,i also use mine for venison & goose jerky & occasionally herbs & 'sundried' tomatoes,i store my porcini in airtight containers lined with kitchen towel & a few small sachets of silica thrown in,never had any issues, pointless vac-packing them, you'd only have to cut the bag open then re-pack them again everytime you used them unless you were dealing with very large volumes.

I don't read books so can't recommend any but i've found this Youtube channel that looks very good for info....

  9. Very nice but i bet it's bloody expensive!,it certainly appeals to me more than the side lever version,i wonder if the revamped regulator will prove to be more reliable than BSA's previous efforts?,my R10 reg **** itself at the start of the year hence the rifle was shipped off to Ratworks, wouldn't part with it now.

You're not keen on regulated PCP's then @Ultrastu?

  10. I've collected mushrooms for around 40+ years,i'm not really interested in the more 'exotic' varieties,i really only focus on boletus (ceps, birch bolete & bay bolete),hedgehog fungus, chanterelle & winter chanterelle (not too fussed about the chanterelles these days),horse mushroom, field mushroom, parasol mushroom & sometimes cauliflower fungus, there was a time when i had a few hoteliers that would regulary buy mushrooms from me but that fazed out over the years mainly due to health & safety regs, these days i really only gather for myself,i've always got a good supply of dried porcini, they store very well if done correctly & the flavour they put in stews, casseroles & sauces etc is absolutely awesome,if i was to choose a favourite it would be the hedgehog, simply delicious, one fungus i have never found is the sulphur polypore or 'chicken of the woods',i'm too far north for them i reckon, seemingly quite common in England (?).

For many years i have also harvested, processed & regulary consumed birch chaga,i drink chaga coffee nearly every day of the week (& no,it has nothing whatsoever in common with liberty cap tea! 🤪 🤣) before the advent of the internet it was quite obscure but these days there's no shortage of it for sale if you're prepared to pay silly money for it.

For anyone that enjoys mushrooms i'd highly recommend you familiarize yourself with porcini/ceps & how to dry & store them, they're very distinguable & not too difficult to find (unless the foreigners beat you to it!),once you've mastered this & start using them in cooking you'll never look back.

Stone deads aren't readily available tho via gun shops just custom & large orders & done via a delivery run system. Anyone/ any gun shop that stocks hull can access hull superfast pigeons making them more available for the mast pigeon shooter.

Yes i know, refer to my post on page one of this thread, for as long as it's possible for me i'm willing to travel & buy my Stone Deads direct from George.

  12. No shortage of pinks up here (Northern Highlands),i've had 37 (+ 1 canada) hanging in my shed over the past fortnight,i now paying £23 for a box of 3" mags so there won't be many more for me,it's crop protection but it's unpaid, coupled with fuel prices it's getting too costly.

Used to work for me but it stopped about a year ago .so haven't posted a photo since .don't know why .

Imgbb?,same here,i haven't been able to post pics via that for a long time, dragging a pic failed the few times i tried that too so i gave up,file too large or something.

  14. If anyone interested has a spare couple of hours i would recommend watching this film, 'The Real Anthony Fauci',it's an eye opener for sure, you can watch it for free via this link but it's only available for another 3 days (if still available),it's already been targeted & taken down from other platforms, they don't want you to see it,you've only got to register using a name (false if you like) & a genuine email address,it's safe.....

This gets a mention in the film,i knew about this beforehand,Phizer,Moderna & Johnson & Johnson (Jansen) computers were hacked & the info was released to the public domain,it doesn't make for pleasant reading!,the website has also been configured so you can type in your vaccine batch number & check what you've had injected into you........

    Enjoy.

I'll add to my previous post.

Unvaccinated, never once wore a mask, went about life/work as normal as possible, never got covid,i've been taking high strength vitamin D for years & it turns out vitamin D is a great defence against covid,it's also been many years since i've had a flu or common cold,i've never had the flu vax either & never will.

My son, unvaccinated, worked right through covid (except the first strict lockdown),he caught covid once & suffered no more than mild flu symptons for four days.

My partner, unvaccinated, worked right through covid (except the first strict lockdown),she caught covid once & suffered no more than mild flu symptoms for 6 days.

I have quite a few unvaccinated friends & aquaintances & have met plenty other unvaccinated people who have had & know of similar experiences.

I also know & have met plenty other vaccinated people who have all had covid & it absolutely floored them, some of them caught covid more than once & each time the symptoms were worse than the last,it is without doubt the vaccinated people that are spreading covid, the proof is out there.

I'm meeting more & more people who have been vaccinated & boosted & are now at their wits end because they are aware of what's really going on with these vaccinations.

I am aware of 3 deaths local to me that occured within weeks of them receiving the vaccinations,3 fit & healthy people, one under the age of 30,one just turned 40,one in his late fifties, another lad i know, again fit & healthy, just turned 40,got his first booster, was very ill for 3 weeks then suffered a heart attack, fortunately he's still here to tell the tale & now wishes he'd listened to the folk that told him not to get vaccinated.

The world is slowly but surely waking up to what's really going on but sadly there's still an abundance of people who watch & believe the blatant lies & propaganda the main stream media are still peddling (although some are reportedly back-peddling because the truth is catching up with them)

On the other hand though there's more & more people getting real & true information from new uncensored platforms that were created to give silenced academics & physicians etc a voice.

What's coming to light now is only the tip of the iceberg, frightening times ahead, very frightening.

An interesting link for anyone interested in listening to actual facts from those who are qualified to give these facts & who valued morals more than corrupt money...

  17. I'm not sure if it's been planted as a soil improver or for sheep food,i'll need to enquire, the kale & stubble neeps on the same farm are always grown as sheep food & i know he has drilled kale in the field next to the mustard, the neeps are in the field on the opposite side but they got hammered yet again by flea beetle.

  18. I tend to start my day with 8 sillosocks, some ancient plastic full bodies & a crow from the freezer on a flapper,i then add birds to the pattern on cradles & also birds just placed on the ground,i also use an Acme crow call, works for me,good concealment & lack of movement is a key factor for sure, corvids are switched on & quickly educated.

  19. Barrel is most certainly not loose, neither is any other part of the gun (Xtrema 2),it's never happened with any other cartridges i've patterned & i've never had misses or winged birds like i have with the Hulls, the gun handles 3" magnums on geese with no problems so it can't be anything to do with high velocity charges, the gun has never missed a beat or failed me in all my years of it's ownership,i'm stumped!
