Cheltclays

Hi, I’m an ok shooter but not great. On a Sunday round I’ll miss more than I hit. I’ve got a bit of spare time at the moment and want to spend it practicing. What types of clays / stands would you recommend are the best to spend the most time on to get some good practice in? Thanks
