  1. Tired yes but funny in there time, saw the new one with Beckham last night, disaster.
  2. Brilliant photos and story, thank you for sharing, you are very fortunate to live in such a vast and beautiful country. I liked the part where you happened to find a mint Ruger 3 in .223 while filling up at the gas station.
  3. Our local Tv station is far from bog standard, if you make the mistake of clicking on it the volume is mind blowing, can't say the same for the programs though.
  4. looks like good gear, when I shut down I tried to sell similar plus a festoon for half the price, finally gave up and skipped it, tight beggars round here. Best of luck with the sale.
  5. It's 11 years since I was treated for prostate cancer, after the operation I had radio therapy and am now on long term medication, life has not been great but at the end of the day I reckon I'm lucky to still have one. Best of luck to the King and everyone else who has this condition.
  6. Another great video, don't know how you find the time to do it all, thanks once again.
  7. Cropped the B&D 720 photo as advised then sent it to the wrong post, must be going senile, still can't find all the attachments for it but I have found a few more B&D items in the depths of the shed.
  8. Done something else right, now I just have to find the rest of the attachments

    NHS

My sincere condolences to you and your mates family and I totally agree with your condemnation of the current state of the NHS. My diagnosis was well before Covid but had it not been for my better half who would badger me if I sneezed twice into seeing the doctor and a doctor at the time who was superb and could read between the lines, I wouldn't be here today. Life is not a bed of roses at present but it's still life and getting to see a doctor is difficult but I can count on her to kick the door down when the need arises and if not there has quite a few times where I've been carried into A&E by friends and family.

    NHS

The NHS and I were born the same year, so they have looked after me from day one, broken arms, fractured leg and now cancer, for all the faults that have been mentioned I cannot thank the NHS enough for everything they have done for me. Best of luck to everyone on this post.
  11. On PW everyday without signing in as I still have the problem of previous password not being recognised, thought I'd add to a topic today, once again password not recognised, reset password and signed in, tried to upload a photo and was told file too big, help please. Great site by the way.
  12. Dad and I bought two B&D D720 drills for £8 each in I think the middle to late 60's, I eventually bought several attachments, sander, circular saw and hedge trimmer, can't remember when the switch packed in but the drill has been in the shed for at least 25 years. I've managed to find both parts, gave them a clean and freed the chuck, now all I need to do is get a new switch, I hope. Can't upload the picture as the file is too big.
  13. Password number 8 now, cookies are cleared after every visit but as I said It's not a problem, just annoying but thanks for the reply. Tell me about it, I'm happy with hammer and nails or a spade, simple.
  14. Too right, I struggle looking but there again I'm only using a 12 bore
  15. Messaged one of the mods last Friday, no reply as yet, on my seventh password so no problem.
  16. Just enjoyed three of Simon6ppc videos, so I'll sign out, have some tea and try again later.
  17. I've all on signing in, so I'll need help with that also
  18. You are probably right, we have two A4 sheets of the bloody things, with many pencilled in changes.
