  1. Many thanks to Wascal for the trap. It is already out on active service👍
  2. Hi Wascal, If Muncher can't get over to collect it, I would like this please.
  3. I know that the old gentleman who owns them hasn't done any home loading. I would think they were probably loaded by one of the many small gunshops there were in Norfolk 70 odd years ago. Probably cheaper to write the shot size on than buy printed versions. I will ask if he can remember where he got them from next time I speak to him.
  4. Thanks Stephen. Farmboy has contacted me.
  5. Hi, An elderly friend of mine has approx 200 old paper case rolled turnover lead shot 10g cartridges. Most are Eley Gastight in assorted large shot sizes. I would estimate they are 1950s vintage. They have been stored in dry conditions but some of the metal is showing corrosion. He no longer has a 10g shotgun to test fire a few but in my opinion they would still go bang as they should do 🙂 I am aware that lead shot is no longer legal for wildfowling but thought this was probably the best part of the forum to get an answer to a question on 10g cartridges. Are these cartridges collectible or sellable? Any advice would be much appreciated.
