  1. We havn't been able to zero it at 200bar which is the max level, the guy in the local gun shop told us to only put 180bar in. I tried this morning but it's still all over the place, none of the shots are consistant. What is going on?
  2. Is it possible to bleed a Webley FX2000? There is 200bar in there atm and I need to get it down to 180bar. AFAIK 180bar is the correct pressure?
  3. I agree with Mike, I think you would be much better off going for the BSA Lightening. My brother-in-law has just bought a Webley Xocet and I must say I really don't like it, if you look around you should find a Lightening for the same price.
  4. Reduced To Clear... Skan Mini R32, Take Down PCP, also, fill adaptor, two 32 shot mags and 10" sound suppressor. Padded BriefCase to hold- scoped gun, suppressor, bottle (stock), and mags. £450 Simmons Whitetail Classic 1.5-5x20 with dust caps + Webley Mounts. £60 I have a pic if anyone is interested.
  5. I've decided to sell my airgun to pay off my credit card bill. This is a very reluctant sale but i'll buy another eventually. Skan Mini R32, Take Down PCP, also, two 32 shot mags and 10" sound suppressor. Simmons Whitetail Classic 1.5-5x20 with dust caps + Webley Mounts. Padded BriefCase to hold- scoped gun, suppressor, bottle (stock), and mags. Logun Pump + Hose. Hardley Used. Logun Gun Lamp (no filters). Used Twice. £700. I can't accept offers on this. I may sell seperately if I find a buyer for the gun. If anyone is a user of the AirgunBBS forum, could you do me a massive favour and post a link to this, there is a big interest in Skan but It won't accept my Hotmail account as a valid e-mail address to register. Thanks.
  6. Could someone give me their opinions on what would be a fair price to ask for this lot? i'm considering selling but i'm not sure if i'd get a decent price. Figures in brackets are what I paid. Skan mini R32, Whitetail Classic 1.5-5x20 inc. mounts, 10" silencer and spare mag. In padded breif case. (£600. second hand) Logun Pump few weeks old. (£140) Logun Gun Lamp used once. (£70)
  7. Sniperman, it's not a very good idea nipping into the local woods with a gun and shooting yourslf some woodies. You need some private land to shoot on, try asking some farmers in or around the area.
  8. ernyha, This might be a long shot but maybe you could make them waterproof again. I went camping once with my old man and the tent started to let water in, so he bought a spray from the tent shop that magically made it water proof again. It was a big aerosol can that you needed to spray all over the sides of the tent and it's never leaked since. It's just a thought!
  9. :*) Sorted the profile :*) Ive been and bought me a Logun gun lamp, and after yesterdays session I think i'm gonna make good use of it. I ventured onto a part of a field I hadnt been over to before and theres **** loads of warrens I bagged my first rabbit!
  10. Ollie, the sig was written on a box that my Guinness Pint Glass Money Box came in.
  11. Thanks for all the tips, i've been considering buying a lamping kit for some time, i'll go take a look at some soon. I've been going out every weekend to the same shoot since christmas so have got know the terrain pretty well, i've started to notice flight lines, roosting areas, and bunnie burrows. If I get some decoys this weekend and stick 'em in the trees, could I leave them there for a few days and still keep the woodies interested?
  12. I built a hide using an army cammo net 10ft square. I bought some fibre-glass poles from the tent shop for a dome tent and also some nylon webbing about 0.5" wide, sew loops either end of the webbing and use it to lay on floor and keep the tension in the poles (dome shape). Then I threw the netting over the top and it blended in pretty good near the hedge and excellent in the woodland.
  13. Hi people, i;m a newbie on here and hope I can learn a lot. I took up airgun hunting at the beginning of this year and i'm not having much luck. Whats the best way to get woddies to land in the trees i'm hiding near ? I've built a dome tent using fibre-glass poles and a cammo net and stick it in nearby bushes, before day break. Is this the best time to set up and how well do decoys work? Also ay tips on hunting wabbits, i.e, what times of day will I find them out and about? Cheers.
