I know exactly what you mean. I have a number of permissions that border towns and the amount of times i've come up with the semi tame theory, they come direct from housing estates in 1s 2s straight into the decoys low across the field. However have other permissions very very remote and see 5x the numbers but they flock up this time of year and with the 10s of 0000's of acres of food out there they just move on. When the beans or peas go in however they cannot resist, or the milky laid barley, first field of cut rape!

Had a good day the other day, took ferret master out with me and we had 120 picked over rape stubble and a friend ran the dog through the hedges the next morning and found a further 16. Week before I shot over standing barley and picked 60 just from walking up and down the trams so I expect there was a ton shot. Had another good day over some barley stubble shot 80 odd pigeons and crows. And another day on barley stubble had 40 pigeons and 20 crows!

I no mate i just meant in general though. Seems like now a days every single post has an argument on it and it just gets boring in all honesty

The better shotmaker for sale. Had it imported from us. The black max. with size 7.5 drippers and 6 shot drippers. Manual and all the literature. Works perfectly and has only been used twice! Cost me $550 would like 350ish back for it. Depending on how quick and local the buyer is i may drop price. Pm if interested. James

The better shot maker for sale.. Its the Black Max model so runs on 220v. Double drippers in 7.5 and 6. Will make up to 200lbs an hour. Practically new. Comes with hand book, other tools for the machine. Pm if interested.
