I have been reading about the nppc on the forum for a while, and would consider joining if there was any nppc land on the Isle of Wight. Can anyone tell me if there is ? Cheers all.

What i do is sit her beside me,throw the dummy, wait for a moment then send her. She goes straight out and picks up the dummy, at which point i run backwards and get right down low when she approches. We only do 3 or 4 retreives per session and i try and make them a bit difrent each time ie- hide one in the grass etc. And always into the wind. If I sit right down on the floor with my legs open when shes returning she'll drop it right between my legs but never to hand. NTTF- what do you mean by a bumper ?

Hi all, I have an 18 month old weimaraner called dolly, She is coming on really well however she won't retrieve to hand. I've tryed geting her to come into heel whilst walking away from a retrieve but she just spits it out 2 ft away. Does anyone have any good tips Cheers Tom

Hi all, been lurking on the forum for a while but thought i'd better register. I shoot on the isle of wight, had a few reasonable days latley 20's and 30's, but just ordered a magnet so hopfully this will increase a bit. Is anyone else on here from the IoW?
