Will be there tomorrow.

Well I have bought cartridges from there in the past (and shot there) many times without a problem. Will no doubt shoot with them again in the very near future.

JC are no longer the bargain basement they used to be. Oxford Gun Co are often cheaper, as are some local shoots. However, they do have a lot of hard to find loads and if you are bulk buying and a long way from a RFD who stocks what you want, they may be the solution. they did put on a good open day last summer.

I used Shootcert and they are nothing short of excellent. Very professional.

Medical certificate. How long, and how much £££??

Shootcert are the best but the problem is, as always, getting your GP to release your records in good time….- 60 replies

I went to look at guns as I will shortly be buying some more. Really enjoyed it and bought some cheese and chorizo off a couple of the food traders. Checked out the guns I wanted, now waiting for the S1 to arrive so I can go to the gun shop…… -
Great gun, great price.

I went to Ragley Hall for the first time this year and really enjoyed it. Spent a bit of money but deffo take your own food and drink as the food stalls are extortion at its very worst.

Ben Hustwaite fitted my gun, shot so much better afterwards and he only charged £75 and I had a bit of instruction with him afterwards. Top bloke who knows what he is doing. Gun fit is an art form few master.

You won’t get a Skoda Yeti for 10k. They are amazing cars that hold their value well. The Freelander is your best bet at that budget.

Yeah they also do shooting specs and they are so easy to break it’s unreal. Castellani Gmask II seems to be quite good.

Churchill’s are 35p a clay between 5pm and 8pm on a Thursday.

A1 Shooting Ground closes at the end of July and Country Pursuits gun shop in Rickmansworth closes at the end of August. Both been going 30 years. Sad.

Avoid SH+ as they are very fragile

Country Pursuits in Rickmansworth

That’s sad if they are closing. When the shop in Amersham closed a decade or more ago that shop had a dominant local position. It was always let down by a bad website but in person they were great to deal with. I may have a run over there on Saturday for a look around and see if they are selling stuff off cheap. -
