  1. I shoot a lot of ferals in disused buildings with a Theoben Fenman .22. I generally use H&N hollow points which are pretty effective. I am finding that at ranges in excess of 25yrds, I am wounding more than I would like. Fenman is running at 11.5Ilb/Ft. In some cases cant get closer than 25yrds hence longer shots. Cant always get a full sight picture so cant gaurantee chance of a head shot. Aiming point is neck above breast bone, or side of chest as a second choice. Anyone suggest non-hollow pellet choice perhaps ? Might need more penetration than hollows give. Dont want to wound uneccesarrily if I can help it, but at the end of the day, clearing pigeons is my job. Thanks all.
