£450 and not a penny less , seen smaller collections fetch over a grand on evil bay .Not sure but there is something like 15- 20 locos all steam and a few trams .Plus other rolling stock and a 10' x 10' layout which would have to be taken apart ,with loads of buildings etc . loco's alone worth that .

As in title a nice Browning xsh 30" barrels , comes complete with everything that came with it , including metal case . Very little use and just over two years old . Unable to put photo's up as I do not have camera , but i'm sure you will find a picture on guntrader . These are now 2k in the shops ,so if you want to save yourself a few bob I'm asking for £1300 . Best thing you can do is buy her a new washing up bowl , to stand in the sink . Hydrochloric acid would have burned the finish out . and no way it will it polish out , I use it to clean concrete off concrete mixer trucks , a few years back I had a driver who cleaned a near brand new truck ( about 8 weeks old ) which was orange when he started . Took to long getting round to hoseing if down on a nice hot sunny day , and the whole truck turned pink , could of f###### killed him . 3k respray was the only fix

. Many old clubs have been closed down because of noise even if they were there years before the houses. However, to be closed down the noise should have to exceed a certain level ( and usually it doesn't ) but clubs haven't got the money to fight it . Vince, Clubs or anyone else for that matter do not need loads of money to fight back . It's just a case of how you handle the matter and having the correct facts to put forward at your first hearing . If you mess it up at this meeting , then yes things can get expensive , before any hearing make sure you get the environmental officer out to do noise testing and a total outsider to do your noise testing along side each other . That way there will be no conflict on figures ,and the equipment being used by your noise tester can give a print out there and then , so both parties can have a copy and should make sure that the environmental officer signs both copies ( yours and his ) . Also take readings from all known locations of complaint . And unlike some people I've seen trying to do noise test , you do NOT put the noise meter upto the gun while it's fired .There is a set way to measure noise Which I will not mention on here as it can be used as a defence to get a second hearing which is not going to cost you anything and buys you a bit of time to make improvements if need be .

It's a sad old world that a few people live in , I'm affraid . A few years back I had a case down in devon at little silver moto park . Which was stoped by complaints because of noise , So I went down there to do noise testing and meet up with the environmental officer . Done noise testing while 40 bikes rode round there , fine no real problem . Next ! OK sir lets visit the list of people that have complained , and do noise test from each location . Chap at the top of the list was the one who handed in the protest so I want to leave him till last . So we start our rounds , the first door we knock on , out comes a lady tell her what we are doing . What for she asked ! regarding your complaint madam , NO I'm not complaining I don't realy hear it , Mr so & so asked us to sign a protest for him so we did . That was the main reply from 11 of 14 complaints . With the evidence all on tape and noise test readings the track was re opened within three weeks . The biggest problem most shooting ground owners have , is that they have no idea of their rights or the law .And try to fight something they do not understand . And sadly there are companys out there that pass themselves off as noise experts , that only deal with industrial matters which is a different kettle of fish altogether . I came across one such company acting on the councils behalf , I tied him in knots with his own figures and left him with egg on his face . Case thrown out , and a not very happy council with a rather large bill on their hands and motocross track still able to run and still doing so three years later . Funny thing was that I was asked for my company card so that they might want to hire my services at a later date . The chap was pig sick when I told him I was a haulage contractor and everything I'd learned about noise issues was just picked up in my 30 years of motocross , both as a rider and an association chairman .Made my day
