Out last night as quite a few of the fields are now cut :-) managed to get these 2 cubs.

One of the tenant farmers rang nagging sort some pigeons out that were on a wheat field, any way as he had a busy day today The job fell down to me. So after finishing feeding n checking snares I went n sat up on top of one of the drives to watch the pigeons on the wheat field below to sus the flight lines. After choosing my spot a block of laid wheat I got set up with 2 lofted decoys in the tree that my hide was under and 5 decoys on the laid wheat. What a day I had birds did not stop at all. I new I would loos a lot of birds in the wheat due to not having my dog so I got the shot count clicker from the cabin and used that for how many fell. Ended the day with 102 and managed to pick up 45 In the chiller ready for the game dealer to pick up.

Right guys I must have 300 22-250 empties that I'm willing to give away free, all I ask is that they go to some one that is going to use them and not just flog them on for a quick £ and secondly ether colect or pay the postage.

Right guys thought it would be good to see what people are useing. I pursenly have used lots and I mean lots and 99% of them stay in the draw. I now only ever use 4 calls ( my hand, a Australian fox whistle, and 2 electronic calls for when the foxs are pairing up) what do u guys use?

What crops are around your wood. This useiualy happens when there is large amounts of maze and rape around the wood. Try walking the tramlines to push them back and get plenty of snares running.

If there starting to wonder then yes start feeding to where you want them but it seems a bit early for that yet
