    4x4's

Hi as a landrover devotee, my automatic response is a landrover, 90's and 110's have lots of room in them, and are cheap and easy to repair, once you own a landy you become a member to some kind of unspoken club, you will find other owners give you a smile when passing, and god forbid if you stop at the roadside to change a tyre , you generally find another owner stops to lend a hand or just ask if one is needed!!! anyways enough about landrover patriotism! onto the nitty gritty, my experience of insuring landrovers is a happy one, NFU Mutual give very good service and as landys are around group 2 to 3 , you won't find cheaper unless robin reliants and 14 yr old mini's are your thing. but if i havent persuaded you to go the "landrover" way, at least get hold of a copy of landrover owner magazine and look how cheap they are to repair and keep on the road!, then try and get a price for another 4x4!!!! enough said! regards Andrew.
  2. Hi, I use petplan, haven't had to claim for a dog (luckily) but my cat got run over 2 yrs ago! and now is on different treatments for the forseeable future!!!! apparently petplan is one of the few who cover animals long term! which is good as most companies decline your renewal if your dog gets too ill or old!!! worth checking out the small print with the companies , as its said you get what you pay for!! ps my ESS costs about £21 a month, cheers acs.
